I haven’t had a great experience here. I’ve been here over 6 months and do not intend to renew my lease. The apartments look nice and are in a nice location, but everything is falling apart and it’s hard to get things repaired. In the short time I’ve lived here, I’ve had issues with the plumbing, dishwasher, washing machine and refrigerator. Some requests have taken weeks to get a response too. Personally, I don’t believe this place is worth the cost in rent.

Always a pleasure. I’ve lived at Echo Park a few years and enjoy our neighborhood and all the extra amenities in our community. Excellent gym, dog park, dog bath, pool and awesome if you enjoy walking/running outdoors.
Great dog friendly community in a prime location. The huge dog park and walking trail are great amenities. Close to the mall and a short drive to downtown. Highly recommend!

This was my first apartment. I feel good about the decision. Great staff, and community! My kids love the pool and community center. We will dable into the grilling and lounging this spring. The grounds are always clean and plenty of parking. Cleanliness is next to Godliness!

Just not worth the price. Loud neighbors, funky appliances, and overall very poor construction of kitchens and bathrooms. Dog park not well maintained and breed restriction doesn’t seem to actually apply

Very nice community and neighborhood. Location is great too. Safe, quiet, and peaceful. The only thing I dislike is wished the ceiling walls are thicker or at lease better noise cancellation because I can literally hear every foot steps of my upstairs neighbor and its annoying especially in the mornings.

Extremely quiet place to live great staff extremely nice and updated apartments. Very clean landscaping have had no issues. Definitely would recommend.

he apartment is great and very modern. Maintenance staff is professional and attentive. Office is a good common area to relax around. There is a well equipped gym, beautiful pool, grills , and patio area. Plainfield is the best town.

Good employees and always help with problems. When ever need they come and help. They include pool, park gym. That’s the overall someone needs for a good living. They have a big area for bed rooms overall it’s good.

Good office staff, stellar maintenance crew, but poorly maintained amenities. Office staff does not try to resolve conflict between neighbors on issues like noise and behavior. Other than that, pretty nice place

The apartment is great and very modern. Maintenance staff is professional and attentive. Office is a good common area to relax around. There is a well equipped gym, beautiful pool, grills , and patio area. Plainfield is the best town.

The office staff are very friendly and helpful! Maintenance is great! Neighbors are pleasant! Close commute to work! I like the amenities of the community like a dog park, valet trash removal, free dog washing station, free car wash, and a business center in the clubhouse!

Clean quiet and great maintenance guys and office employees. The amenities are great. The residents are nice. The walking path is hood and big dog park.

Im proud to live at Echo Park. The apartment is spacious and located in a prime location. I am near shops, restaurants, churches, and the airport. It has been quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Parking has never been a concern, I can typically park right outside my entrance. It has only been about a month, but this apartment has already made Indianapolis feel like my home.

Each Park at Perry Crossing is a beautiful and amazing complex. They meet all the needs of every lease signer and respect our financial difficulties too. They are amazing people and wouldnt change anything here. Beautiful marble counters and vinyl flooring.

Overall I have loved my first few weeks here at Echo Park. The office staff is very friendly and I especially enjoy the help from Emily, who stayed connected to me through email during my move in process. Shes very friendly and professional and knows what she is talking about! The maintenance staff is pretty timely, and the complex itself is well maintained and we love the dog park! Im glad to call this place home.
