The views from my unit are unreal! Mountain scenery in the morning with a cup of coffee? Yes, please! Also, love that the dog parks are seperate- my pup gets his zoomies out safely while smaller dogs have their own space.

Great value, and the property is just so beautiful. The whole apartment complex is huge! The pool is absolutely beautiful and the community area is perfect for spending time with family or friends. I also feel very safe here, the whole complex is gated which gives me peace of mind. there is also plenty of aminities to enjoy.

I seriously love this place. It is such a good value for the cost of the apartment! There are tons of amenities and I was even able to host a family gathering in the community spaces. They just added a new outdoor gaming area that the kids love that has foosball and ping pong. The pool and jacuzzi are always great. It's more than just a place to sleep, it's a place to really enjoy living.

This place exceeded my expectations. Great value, and the property is just so beautiful. The whole complex is huge! The pool is absolutely amazing. and the community area is perfect for spending time with family or friends. I also feel very safe here, which gives me peace of mind.

From start to finish, the process was incredibly smooth. The apartments are well worth the price, and the amenities are top-notch. The beautiful pool and spacious community area make it feel like home. I also appreciate the safety measures they have in place like the gated parking the security cameras that cover the whole property.

The entire experience here has been amazing! The apartments are worth every penny, and the property is just beautiful. The pool area is stunning, and the community space is also perfect to relax in. Also LOVE how they have security cameras everywhere. Very safe.

Stay away!! From day one we have had nothing but problems with this unit and had to be moved into a separate unit three time so the problems could be fixed. From the hot water busting though the kitchen floor twice!!! The apartment then flooded during a rain storm. Our Air Conditioning unit has been leaking for about a week now. Maintenance comes and fixes the problem and like clockwork a new problem comes up. Stay away and save yourself the headache. Management is an absolute joke and the lack of accountability is just the beginning.
Property LOOKS great , but NEEDS ALOT OF WORK AND IMPROVEMENT. I’ve lived here a year now , there has been 4-5 different managers , never the same staff. The property has been infested within roaches the entire time I been here. And when it comes to maintenance issues , it takes weeks for them to be resolved. Here’s one of the many issues I have of some of the issues I have been having. I have pictures but not allowing me to upload
I just moved in and I’m already regretting it. The place is full of roaches and since its under construction the management keeps shutting off the water almost everyday. Stay away 100%
Been living here for a while now. The property has been under a few different management companies. However, the new management we currently have is very attentive and helpful. Apart from the office staff, maintenance is great! Leo is one of the most polite persons I’ve met.
I’ve only lived here for about two months now but I love it. It’s so quiet and open and the property is only getting better. Maintenance is awesome. I’ve put in three maintenance request and Leo has came to my rescue every time. It’s so great knowing the maintenance team will come fix your problems right away!
