Hamilton is a suburban city in southeastern Ohio, about thirty miles north of Cincinnati. I have enjoyed my stay with echo flats, the apartments are great price for what you pay. Response times have greatly improved, I love loving living here.

I recently toured Echo Flats and was very pleased with what I saw. Management seemed knowledgeable and so patient with all my questions.
Very excited to find a place that I could call home with my 2 cats. They have enjoyed exploring our new home. The staff were very friendly and made the move in process simple. Highly recommend!
A new management company took over in late November. Much improved service and technology. They started making improvements immediately.
The new management company is already cleaning things up!
