Property Ratings at Cortland on Orange
I would not recommend Cortland simply based of the leadership is unprofessional, lack of security & car break ins, elevators are constantly not functional, fire alarms constantly going off.The price of rent is not matching the basic necessities. If you work in medical it’s near by the hospital. Probably the only plus.
Love this community, everyone is super friendly. Very convenient place to live.

Cortland on Orange is the place to live in the SoDo Area. Close to the hospitals, sense of real security, office staff are invaluable, apartments are up to date, and any problems are handled quickly and efficiently. Don't know how they are able to do it, but they know everyone by their first names and with as many aparmtents in the development, having a personal interest in everyone is invaluable.
I would strongly recommend living at Cortland on Orange. The office staff and maintenance team are all top notch. They work hard at keeping the community looking nice and running smoothly.

The apartment does its job never had any problems. Kinda funny how they’ve never fixed the entry gate since I lived here. Overall good experience will most likely renew my lease when it ends.

The management of this building is incredibly good, everyone is kind, respectful and very helpful at all times, you can tell they put in the work and the effort to provide the best living experience for everyone, I've never seen anything like it before, not even at any other Cortland.
I want to acknowledge that Samantha has been very respectful and has made my experience here much better. However, my interactions with some of her colleagues have not been as positive. I received a rude call from one of them early on, which was off-putting. Additionally, the ongoing elevator issues and inconvenient parking have been frustrating. I feel uncomfortable with the constant office visits and emails, which gives me the impression of being watched or harassed. I would appreciate more space and less frequent contact. Overall, I hope these issues can be addressed.

I recently stopped into Cortland on Orange just to get some information as I’m unsure if I’m moving just yet. The entire leasing office was extremely pleasant and I had to compliment them on the smell and aesthetics. Pricing was a little higher than I would like at this time but if anything changes they would definitely be my top option.

This property has everything you need. You cannot beat the rooftop view of the downtown skyline. The pool and amenities are definitely top tier. This is the place to be right on the out skirts of downtown and not is the madness of downtown Orlando.

I recently toured again and this staff was nothing but amazing. My daughter an I came in as a walk in because I wanted her to give me her opinion on the property, and even though everyone was busy Nakita made us feel welcome and had me take a seat and told me she’d be right with me after her tour. Im glad we waited! She was so kind and welcoming it felt like chatting with an old friend. She asked questions to help in finding our right unit for our needs and made sure to include my daughter. The property was beautiful but she will be the reason we will choose this property in January!

This is by far the best community I’ve visited, I truly appreciate the kindness from Nakita & Keondre! They are one of a kind! The pool area and the fact they offer fitness classes is top tier! As many of us do I read the reviews prior to touring and was skeptical as many things were listed as inoperable. During my tour my agent made it a point to note that the main elevator, pool and all amenities are currently working and showed me around and answered my many questions! I love the smart access to get inside your apartment incase of emergency, then you go in and I like the fact that every wall has outlets on them even the island, master has his and her sinks with big mirrors, both rooms are nice in side and can accommodate king size beds which is a plus. I like the fact that you have different options on placement reviews and balconies sizes. Maria did a good job picking her staff.
