Property Ratings at Eastwood Oaks
Absolute worst customer service. I was a new tenant here just before they were bought out by new management and they are all extremely rude. Act as if you are a bother by inquiring about things, they do not care about their tenants, the attitude and general manor they speak and carry themselves is ridiculously unprofessional. Snarky attitudes, condescending tone when speaking. I will not be renewing my lease because of this.
Apartments are old and not up kept. If u live downstairs it sounds like the people above you are going to fall through the floor...
I moved in last month and it's been a pleasure getting to know the management here very helpful.... if you have a problem they get to it as quickly as they can it's been a very wonderful experience here so far.... Anita is very pleasant and will do her best to answer your questions such a sweet lady I can definetly see us staying here for quite a while...
My apartment complex is clean and peaceful Caring staff and neighbors Everyone minds their business I have had no issues
For one, there is no tennis court. The apartments need remolded, they are like low income housing., also you have to give a 60 day notice if you are moving out. Really!!! who knows if they are going to find a place 60 days ahead of time and it will be available after you put in your 60 day notice. Stupid. Just there way of charging you for moving out and putting it on your credit that you moved out without notice.
The new apartment manager is so rude!!!! We had an issue with our apartment and she continued to talk to my fiance and I like we were children! It took over a month to fix, she continued to just put band-aids on the problem and tell us we were wrong and she fixed it, when the issue continued to happen!! we are only here until our lease is up then we are gone! DO not rent from here! HORRIBLE!
New Mngmnt just started and they are total jerks. Closing the pool early with no notice, kicking people out of the workout room, and spending money fixing up nothing but the leasing office. She's rude and treats everyone like a child. Wish Anita was still here, who was respectful and treated us like adults! Which we are, ya know.
It is a nice complex here for families however I find the rooms to be small. I am looking for a larger place as I need 4 bedroom since my grand-daughter has come to stay. Very hard to fine. Wish all bedrooms were the size of the master 1 more bedroom. A four bedroom is hard to find so will stay here as it is nice and we live with what we have here until a 4 bedroom comes available. This complex has everything most families want or would hope for. Laundry, swimming pool, play ground, tennis court and well maintained grounds. They have 1-2 & 3 bedroom units. 3 bedroom has washer/dryer hook-ups. It also has a meeting room one can reserve.
