The leasing staff (Shirene, Kara and Fonda) have been amazing from the time we started looking for an apartment to us finally signing a lease! Amazing with keeping us up to date on everything we have needed to do and has been so accommodating! Definitely the best experience that I've ever had getting into a new apartment! We are looking forward to living here and being a part of this community!!
I have had no air conditioning since the beginning of summer then they raise the rent 55.00.

Over priced for what they are. If you can avoid living here I would encourage it.
This is my first experience of living in an apartment and I absolutely love it! Also my first fireplace, will have to have help first time operating. They keep the grounds well groomed and there will never again me mowing for me to do, swimming pool is always clean and well taken care of, staff is helpful and friendly. I like that there are rules and are enforced. Couldn't be more pleased!
These are affordable apartments in a nice area close to I35 and I44.
