Property Ratings at Eastgate Apartments
While I’ve been here the area has been quiet and the management is really good about fixing the landscaping, stairs to the trash, and dog areas. Parking is limited but I haven’t had any trouble finding a spot. Love that the unit comes with a washer and dryer which is so convenient. Would recommend.
I literally would not recommend this management company to my worst enemy on my worst day

What a great concept. When my friend was moving to Ithaca for School I helped her locate the best apartment for her needs. Eastgate has nicely furnished apartments , no need for her to move all her furniture for her time here at school.What a great concept. The managers were very helpful with all her needs. And location location location! Can't beat the the proximity to the school and stores.
