Property Ratings at Eastern Lofts Apartment Homes
Moved in last year for a college apartment and the space is great. Unit was updated and overall in great shape. Staff is always very friendly and reachable. Maintenance never took more than a day to service any issues. Renewed for next year already and hoping to live here for the rest of college.
I've had no issues with living here. All requests i put in are done within the first day, they communicate very well. The space is huge. It's a overall good experience
It is a great place to live in. I have been here for year and a half and have no complaints at all. Staff treat me like im one of them. I am going to renew for another year. I recommend that place to live. Quick maintenance and high quality service ??
I have lived in different apartments for 3 years now, and none have ever come close to being as great as Eastern Lofts has been. In every apartment prior to living at this one, I had sound issues, maintenance issues, and problems with changing lease terms. I have no noise issues at this one nor did they ever add a penny more than what the lease states. The people in the leasing office are awesome! I typically work with Jasmin, and they have always been super quick to reply to emails and go out of their way to solve issues. Additionally, I feel very safe here as well.
I love living here, the staff are very nice and helpful and the apartments are well maintained. I had an issue figuring out how to make payments online, they went the extra mile by creating one for me just to save me time! I will definitely be renewing my lease next year!!
The wifi and service are ungodly bad. Parking rules don’t really make sense and if you’re towed it’s $400.
I love my apartment and love how close it is to school and to downtown Ann Arbor. The Apartment complex is very well managed and maintained. The staff members are very friendly, they get to know the residents, and they genuinely care about making this an incredible place to call home.
Eastern Lofts is the place to be! They are so friendly and welcoming. From the moment you walk into the leasing office you gain a set of new friends and family. They are always so helpful and make you feel like you are always a priority.
I'd like to say I moved here recently from out of town and I'm so glad that I found this place! My apartment is brand new, spacious and within walking distance from EMU which is perfect for me. As for the parking this is something important to me so I'm pleased that you get your own parking space and even have parking spots for visitors. The staff are very friendly and helpful and have made me feel at home so I totally recommend this place!
