Eastchester Ridge Apartments

It’s very quiet here. Neighbors are friendly. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Parking is sometimes a hassle but other than that no complaints. The actual apartment itself is somewhat dated has older appliances in the kitchen.

Love the maintenance that has been done to the corridor. The community is pet friendly and quiet. It's close to everything while being tucked quietly among trees for a nice shady walk with your furbaby or a lounge on the balcony. *Some apts

There have been a few glitches with my move in. The details in the paint job are rough. The doors do not fit properly in their openings. I have yet to meet any of my new neighbors. Adjusting to living in an apartment after living in a house for 40 years has been difficult.

Love how quiet the neighborhood is. Ground keeping is well kept. Front office ladies are wonderful! I would encourage you to apply, Everything was smooth and fast

Nice clean parking lots. Great playground and dog park for both family members. Close enough to the highway for easy trips and near the grocery stores and gas stations.

Nice community, respectful residents. Great amenities and helpful staff. I love my apartment and love how reasonably priced it is compared to other apartments.

Move in was great the few issues I did have were resolved swiftly. There were bugs roaches to be exact requested for exterminator to come and I have an appointment set for Thursday.

My apartment is spacious, clean, and modern, with all the amenities I need. Parking is easy. It really feels like home here. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place.

From the application process to the Move in. Everything was a wonderful yet attentive experience. Ivy was a pleasure to work with. I have been a resident for 2 days now. The neighborhood is quiet. I have not had any issues as of yet. Let's hope for the best

i love it here, it’s a nice quiet area, and my neighbors are the best. maintenance is always quick, and very helpful. the leasing office helps whenever i need it and they’re very good about answering the phone.

I feel like these are nice safe apartments. I've lived here for quite a while. They allow pets and have a dog park that's fenced. They are located right off eastchester so it's easy access like to anywhere you want to go, including downtown and shopping, and restaurants.

It's a nice place to call home. Close to everything, affordably priced, friendly, professional staff. Pet and children friendly. Spacious living on a small budget.

I absolutely love it here it’s quiet and peaceful it have every amenities you can think of the fireplace is a major hit for me. Hopefully I can live my years out here.

In general I am happy in this apartment community. However my one complaint is whenever I call the office you always have to leave a message because the call isn't answered. I left a message several weeks ago regarding a simple question yet have not received a return call. This is not the first time this has happened.

The community is quiet for the most part. The apartments are not good quality at all. The floors are crumbling under the carpet and walls all have significant cracking. Also the i have scrubbed the shower and Im not sure what the black/brown grim is that wont come all the way out. For the price I can tolerate it for now.

Have had a good experience while living at EASTCHESTER RIDGE Apartments. I had a little situation with my outlets, waiting to be fixed currently.

Great staff clear and clean parking lots with tons of parking spaces. And friendly and helpful staff always around when you need help. Its just a nice place to visit or too live

Very pleased with the location and atmosphere of living here. Rental price has always been a concern being on a fixed income. If there's ever a way to have a break in cost, things would be a whole lot greater!

Eastchester Ridge has some of the best staff. They are friendly and helpful. Anytime we've submitted a maintenance request, there's a prompt response. Whether it is changing light bulbs or checking a major appliance. The community is very pet and kid friendly. There's some amenities and the location is within a mile of everything from grocery banking and medical.

Great place to live or visit wonderful stuff. The ground workers are always nice and friendly. The park is clean and the playground and dog park is always in good shape. I'm very happy with my stay here

Great been here a year and i totally love living here . When I first moved in I wasn’t sure I would like it but I do the community is quiet very big closet and room space my child loves it here as well

This is a nice place to live. I feel very safe here. Most of the people here are friendly. This complex is pet friendly. There is a fenced in area for dogs to play. They also have a pool. The maintenance staff is wonderful. There is plenty of parking. There is a problem with the dumpsters, not being emptied frequently enough.

I have enjoyed my experience living here. I love the cleanliness around the complex, the quietness no one hangs out all night. You get good quiet rest at night. The maintenance crew keeps the complex nice and clean. Anything that needs to be looked at in the apartment is done within 24 hours. My Apartment is everything I was looking for and then some. Welcome Home New Neighbors.

The Apartment is poorly put together. Sloppy paint jobs and cover ups. Over sprayage of paint. Not good at all. The hallways are filthy as well

In the short time my family and I have been here in the community, our experience has been nothing but wonderful. The management staff are fantastic, the neighbors are friendly, and the community remains well-kept and quiet. My family and I look forward to being here for some time to come.

It is nothing short of absolutely okay. It is definitely not the best place to live and they certainly don't care much, but it's a roof over head, just one with a lot of cracks and looks like it might cave in. But nonetheless a place to live.

The apartments here are very nice and look fairly clean, I’ve had no major issues with utilities. The campus is scenic with lots to offer. Overall East Chester Ridge Apartments are a fair and pleasant neighborhood.

Great place to visit lovely places to stay. The parking lot clean and the dog park is a wonderland for pets to play at. Close enough to the highway and to the shopping center.

Really good area to live at. Been living here for almost two years and I don't regret it. Office staff is extremely nice and always take care of all my issues. Quite and Friendly neighborhood we do have some moments but it's not bad.

Been here for 2 years a great pet friendly community. The maintenance men always there to help when there is a need. The place is safe. I just renewed a new year and I am happy to be a part of this safe community

This is a great area, and it is peaceful, the traffic is not bad at all. Neiborhood is a great area it is quiet and nice; the mailboxes look great.

Having just recently moved in, I have to say that the experience has been like no other. The management staff were friendly, helpful, and on top of everything from the beginning of the application process. They worked diligently with their counterparts to get my application approved quickly and allowed me to move in the same day of approval. The apartment and community is clean, well kept, quiet, and friendly. My kids and I look forward to living here for some time.
