Affordable and close to everything. Professional and polite staff, who will continue to be that way after the lease is signed. Spacious floor layout, amazingly spacious closets. Very pet and children friendly, with fitness center, pool, picnic and BBQ grill. Landscape lawns weekly. Come see why Eastchester Ridge is a place residents happily renew their leases with.

I feel like these are nice safe apartments. I've lived here for quite a while. They allow pets and have a dog park that's fenced. They are located right off eastchester so it's easy access like to anywhere you want to go, including downtown and shopping, and restaurants.

In general I am happy in this apartment community. However my one complaint is whenever I call the office you always have to leave a message because the call isn't answered. I left a message several weeks ago regarding a simple question yet have not received a return call. This is not the first time this has happened.

The community is quiet for the most part. The apartments are not good quality at all. The floors are crumbling under the carpet and walls all have significant cracking. Also the i have scrubbed the shower and Im not sure what the black/brown grim is that wont come all the way out. For the price I can tolerate it for now.

Eastchester Ridge has some of the best staff. They are friendly and helpful. Anytime we've submitted a maintenance request, there's a prompt response. Whether it is changing light bulbs or checking a major appliance. The community is very pet and kid friendly. There's some amenities and the location is within a mile of everything from grocery banking and medical.

This is a nice place to live. I feel very safe here. Most of the people here are friendly. This complex is pet friendly. There is a fenced in area for dogs to play. They also have a pool. The maintenance staff is wonderful. There is plenty of parking. There is a problem with the dumpsters, not being emptied frequently enough.

I have enjoyed my experience living here. I love the cleanliness around the complex, the quietness no one hangs out all night. You get good quiet rest at night. The maintenance crew keeps the complex nice and clean. Anything that needs to be looked at in the apartment is done within 24 hours. My Apartment is everything I was looking for and then some. It is nothing short of absolutely okay. It is definitely not the best place to live and they certainly don't care much, but it's a roof over head, just one with a lot of cracks and looks like it might cave in. But nonetheless a place to live.

The management staff were friendly, helpful, and on top of everything from the beginning of the application process. Within a mile of everything. Safe area to stroll or do your jog, at any hour. The staff here are professional, polite, and proficient. And the kindness doesn't stop after you sign the lease. The apartments are spacious. Your balcony or patio, depending on the floor will give you year round enjoyment. Central air and pest control will give you year round comfort. It is pet friendly, so take your furbaby down to the fenced area for some off leash time. There's a playground, beautiful large barbeque and a pool. The rent is reasonable for the market. I recommend you definitely sign for a long lease if possible, for some savings. So why not give it 5 stars, well, It is apartment living and there are the ups and downs with that. However, the down are insignificant in comparison. Stop by and see why residents like myself have called Eastchester home for more than a few years.

I've lived at Eastchester Ridge Apartments for many years. I feel that it is a very safe community and has several amenities. The landscaping is very nice. The maintenance men are wonderful and when you submit an order, it is dealt with promptly. The apartment complex provides areas to walk your dogs and there is a small dog park, children's playground, pool and weight room.

The office staff here are not helpful at all and change every week. We are never notified when the amenities that we pay for are going to not be in use or there is a change for example.. The pool has been open for barely a month and we have been able to use it a total of two times, due to the pool code constantly being changed with no notice. I have been made aware that you must come to the office to get lectured about rules and given a new code and then two days later on Fourth of July when the office is closed…The pool code was changed again without being notified , it takes simple communication from the office to resolve this and when staff are made aware, we are given attitude…. Over simply asking to be notified to come to the office for a new pool code. Phone calls, voicemails, and emails are never answered. As a leasing office, it’s just unprofessional. The only good thing about this apartment is the maintenance crew. Appliances in the apartment and the gym need major updating.
