I moved here in August 2020, love love the attached garage. I can go right from the garage into my apartment. Great amenities an great community of people. Glad I chose this community.
I recently moved in and everything has been great! The office is very responsive and I've been extremely happy with my apartment. I like how it feels more like a townhouse and with the attached garage, it's nice for the winter and extra storage. It's a quick trip to 13 and to downtown Ithaca. Management seems to really care and keeps striving to improve the community! -Courtney

Beautiful and clean community, one of the best apartments in Ithaca! The location and neighborhood is wonderful. A very quiet and peaceful place! Brand new building with attached garage for every units and good appliances built in the spacious floor plan. Marissa and Crystal in the office are very responsive and the management team cares about the residents and the community. My husband and I am very happy to live here, and my little dog also enjoys taking walks around in lovely area and cute dog park!
I'm graduate student at Cornell. I live in East Pointe Apartment with my wife and it's cozy and pleasant place to live! Snow removal is really quick, and communication with tenants is smooth. Highly recommended!

East Pointe has been a perfect place for us to downsize after selling our home. The apartment is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The Village of Lansing and Cornell Business Park provide nice trails for a walk or bike ride. Can’t wait to spend some leisure time on our second floor veranda overlooking the center courtyard. The community center provides a gym, swimming pool, and place for get-togethers. We’re sure that Anna, the complex manager, will help you find an apartment that is right for you and Dave, the maintenance guy, has been friendly and attentive to all of our needs.
East Pointe Apartments is a quaint small community filled with a variety of friendly people of all ages. I enjoy the fitness center and walking trails they have developed for their tenants. It’s a quiet and safe neighborhood. After selling my home I searched the Ithaca area for an apartment, East Pointe fit my wish list, with plenty of living space, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, tile and carpeted flooring, a private entrance, and a garage with plenty of storage space. The apartment I chose overlooks the courtyard where I enjoy the spectacular sunsets! I would highly recommend East Pointe to all my friends and family who are thinking of downsizing and want to move to a new facility with great amenities and the Ithaca area. I recently moved into East Pointe apartments and I couldn’t be happier to be a part of this new community. The property management team, Anna and Karen, have been so accommodating and working very hard to ensure that myself and other tenants are settled in comfortably. The amenities were carefully planned from the beautiful community club house, fitness center, swimming pool, walking trails to a dog park. A lot of thought was put into the design and layout of each unit, the lighting, plumbing, and appliances are all energy efficient, the flooring and counter tops are of high quality. Although parts of the community are still under construction there has been little disruption and there are more amenities being added. The location is convenient to shops and businesses but it’s still in a quiet location in a beautiful wooded spot. I highly recommend living here at East Pointe it’s the kind of community I’m happy to call home, there is no other place like it in Ithaca.
My time renting at East Pointe has been great! From the start the rental process was simple and fast, which made moving here an enjoyable experience right from the beginning. The apartments and grounds are well taken care of under the management of Anna Carberry, who has been nothing short of amazing! She is attentive to every need, more than willing to answer all questions, and is always a friendly face to cross paths with! Overall, each staff member I have come in contact with has been incredibly helpful and friendly. East Pointe is definitely a living community that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place in the Ithaca area.
