Property Ratings at Eagles Landing
When we moved in, we were told that they would be cleaning the outside of the buildings, including each floor and landing. This has not been done, and we are getting ready to sign our third lease. We love where we live, but we wish the management took more pride in our surroundings.
This has proven to be a GREAT place to live! The staff are GREAT! The location is convenient to all shopping. Maintenance does a fantastic job, they respond quickly and efficiently. The office staff is friendly!
The eagles landing apartments are well kept and a beautiful place to live. Rick our leasing manager is beyond helpful and kind as well. We enjoy living here and the amenities are beautiful!
Love the location of the apartment. It’s in the back corner looking out at the back yard. It’s like having my own beautiful back yard. My corner is very quiet and secluded.

My move in experience was quick and easy! Joan and Rick helped make sure everything went smoothly so I was ready for move-in date! I couldn't recommend Eagles Landings enough!
There are multiple issues with lights not working, outlets not working, bad soundproofing, and general wear around the apartment that do not get addressed by management. To top that off, there are a LOT of arbitrary fees for useless things that you are required to pay for whether you use them or not. Parking is particularly bad in the complex and you are required to pay for a parking booth regardless of whether or not you even use their parking. Their guiding principle seems to be "squeeze as much money possible out of our tenets while doing as little work possible to earn it."
I have enjoyed living here. Always have nice neighbors and the resident staff are super accommodating and friendly! I really enjoy having a gym, pool, and hot tub so close by as well.
Friendly neighbors who greet you with a smile. The kids park is clean as well the apartment complex. Apartment personnel’s are easy going and always smiling and waving hello.
Great place to live, but I don't agree with paying for fiber optic I don't need. No one should be force to pay for something they don't want or need. Some of us are on fixed income.

I never leave reviews but I have never been so angry in my life. I lived at Eagles Landing for 12 months with my husband and wish we had never been here at all. The staff are a joke to work with. We tried to bring several issues to the attention of staff and we were met with nothing but rudeness, dismissal, and at one point they laughed in our faces and told us, “they couldn’t wait for us to leave”. The walls of the apartment were super thin and noise was always an issue. There is not much privacy as all the windows face into other apartments. The walkways were ALWAYS covered in snow and ice during the winter. I fell several times walking to and from the carport areas. The so called “amenities” they provide such as the pool, billiards room, etc… were closed 3+ months out of the 12 months we lived there due to vandalism, but the vandalism was never addressed and kept happening repeatedly. They kept changing the rules on parking because they didn’t like us and wouldn’t let my husband park within the complex even though others were allowed to park the same vehicle type within the complex. We had photos of this, they didn’t care. This complex is priced too high and not consistently compared to similar apartments in the area. We knew several acquaintances that moved into other buildings in the complex that were charged less for the same floor plans. We spent so many days and countless hours cleaning that apartment and left it in pristine condition, were told to our face by the staff that did the walkthrough we did a great job and they didn’t see any issues and we should expect our security deposit back within the month. They then turned around and charged us $395 for a partial repaint of the apartment which WAS NOT NEEDED. I have photographic and video evidence that the walls were in perfect shape and freshly cleaned with no markings, damage, or wear even visible. And to top it off, they couldn’t even be bothered to answer our many phone calls and emails to address the issue over the last months time frame. This is very unprofessional and incredibly rude. We were good tenants we always paid on time, left the place in great condition, and were friendly with the neighbors who had complaints of their own. I am so incredibly disappointed and frustrated. They made my first apartment experience an absolute nightmare and are taking advantage and ripping off hardworking people. Please consider another apartment complex before coming here.

My family members lived at Eagles Landing Apartments this last winter and while living there, had several issues with the management. Then when they moved out, they spent 3 days cleaning it and left it in very good shape. Despite this, management charged them a ridiculous amount of money for cleaning and move-out fees even though it was left better than they found it and looking brand new. They were also very misleading about the contract and the fees, I wouldn't recommend moving to Eagles Landing Apartments.

In retrospect if I am honest with myself moving here was a huge mistake and regrettable. Management promoted this was an upscale luxury apartment. This cannot be further from the truth. Once you move in they are non-responsive. The apartment is so cold in the winter and hot in the summer as there is almost zero insulation and windows that are the cheapest of cheap which results in higher utilities. The apartments are next to an open parking lot that from time to time has significant noise from multiple sources.

Eagles Landing is awesome. The staff and crew that run the place are amazing to work with. Honestly my only issue with Eagles Landing is the sound proofing. There really isn't a whole lot of sound proofing in these apartments so you will hear your neighbors. If you are okay with that then this is a great place to live.

When first living in Idaho Falls, I did not know what to expect. Coming to Eagles Landing, I was shown what great people were like in Eagles Landing Apartments. They have management that does their very best to make sure that your experience is the best. They put a lot of thought into the community of Ammon and the community as a complex. I love their activities that they host; the last activity was a pool party and my wife and I won some great prizes such as mints from guessing what's in the jar. This shows that they strive for excellence. They have always helped me whenever I came in with questions. EX. when I was using the treadmill and I asked for their help, and they helped me out. (Speakout and w/ them so they can help) The technician guys are hard workers as well. The supervisor is truly someone who I could rely on. Whenever I had a problem with anything around my apartment they are there as soon as they can. As I said, these guys are hard workers and they see a lot of people for 2 people; show them a lot of love. This is a place I am coming back if I live in Idaho Falls again. Thanks, Eagle Squad!

I just moved into my beautiful new apartment at Eagles Landing. This complex is excellent in every way. The move-in process was easy and the managers were so helpful and welcoming. Eagles Landing is considered a high-end or luxury apartment, and you will pay that price tag considering the area. However, there were a few things that are not high-end about the apartments. One of my biggest complaints is that the units come with washer/dryer hook-ups with the option to rent units for additional cost. Another problem I had is that although the apartment does allow pets they do not make it easy for pet owners, with only one available place to take your pets to relieve themselves. A third problem that came up during my lease was a change in management which required all residents to obtain renters insurance, even if your original lease contract did not require the insurance. They did give renters $15 back on rent each month to compensate for the insurance, but the renters insurance runs closer to $25-30 a month. Finally upon moving out they require the residents to do a check list of cleaning without any expected wear and tear for your lease terms. So unless you are a professional cleaner you will likely not get much of your deposit back.

Great news! Washer & Dryers (since January 2019) are included with our rental rates! We are so excited to have this added as an included feature! We also are adding a dog run area to the property (we just became dog friendly a short time ago). We do have to limit areas to keep our community clean and the grass alive! Renters insurance has always been required! It has always been listed in our lease, our ownership grants you the right to choose who you use! We have residents getting renters insurance for less than $10 !All residents are free to choose which agency and what rate they pay as long the coverage guidelines are met! Over 90% of our move outs last month received a full refund at move out. We provide a cleaning checklist, and always present the opportunity to clean to our residents. Our professional cleaners are the best of the best and do need paid for additional scrubbing & time spent. We want to make sure that everything is sanitary and move in ready for the next resident!
Just as one of the reviewers mentioned this new manager Melissa and Josie think too much of themselves and have overblown ego. They are there to serve renters but they treat u as if u are the ones serving them. They are no CEOs!!!! Horrible experience and worst is their service when it comes to fix anything.

If there has been an issue, a great place to start would be to come into the office and speak with Melissa first hand. I am sure we can find a solution, and learn together on how to resolve any issue you may have experienced. Our maintenance team is the best of the best and are handling our busy schedule beautifully. All I can do is encourage you to come in, and we can figure out your identity and fix the issue you are/did experience.
A nice place to live and the maintenance staff were wonderful. I left my place in great shape, since I do not have kids or pets. I hardly ever used the guest bathroom, and as far as cooking, perhaps I used the oven three times in two years and barely used the burners. Still after all of that, my deposit was heavily docked for replacement of all 4 r drip pans of the burner, as well as 2 hours of heavy cleaning in addition to the basic cleaning. I expected the fee for carpet shampoo as they had stated it up front but my apartment did not require as much cleaning charged me for. Just saying, nice place but don't expect to get most of your deposit back.

Everything about Eagles landing has been exactly what our little family has been hoping for! Such a friendly staff! They clearly explained what the amenities were, showed us the model home twice because we had more questions and they just made it feel like home to us. They are renovating our apartment before we move in and have called me since we signed our lease paperwork just to check up and make sure everything is right! I even asked if we could move in a few days earlier and they assured me that would be just fine! I HIGHLY recommend Eagles landing to anyone looking for somewhere to live in Idaho Falls. I never thought moving could be such a pleasant experience!

These apartments are so nice! We have only been here two weeks, but our first impression was a great one. The apartment was SO CLEAN! They actually re-carpeted the floors before we moved in. The Managers have been so nice to us and were upfront about any imperfections in the apartment before we moved in. Aside from that, the club house offers a pool and hot tub and a small fitness room,that is never crowded from what I've seen. It is a very kid friendly building with multiple play areas and a basketball court. My husband and I are very happy here! And it a two minute drive to multiple retail stores and restaurants.

My family and I have lived in this apartment community for two years now and have really enjoyed it. It is in an excellent local in the eastern part of town with many restaurants and shops nearby for our convenience. The apartment staff has been very helpful in providing assistance with any apartment issues as well as maintenance associated with our apartment. This apartment complex is absolutely amazing! Great staff, great community and over all a great place to live!!!! The parking lot has car-ports which comes in handy in the winter. The lots are always plowed during the winter season as well as keeping the sidewalks salted & maintained. The maintenance crew is super quick on anything that needs to be fixed. Melissa and Erin are very welcoming & understanding! They have no problem going out of their way to help anyone in the complex. They also host a lot of events for the whole community to participate in! Very kid friendly!! The apartments themselves are super clean & up-to-date with appliances. With the complex being smoke-free you have the luxury of having clean smelling clothes, towels & over all a clean smelling apartment. Another amazing & reassuring matter is that they do a legitimate criminal background check! This place has a great pool & it is always cleaned. There is an indoor hot tub that is open all year round. A 24 hour fitness center (not a lot of equipment but it gets the job done!) & a pool room as well! This isn't my first apartment to have lived in, and I have to say this is the best place I've lived so far. I can truly call this place home! Erin and Melissa are always there for us & great company to just talk to! Yes, this place is more then the average price in town, but you get what you pay for! The staff makes sure you get the best out of everything! This is definitely a place where I don't mind paying a little more since my husband and I get so much more out of it in the end! If I could give this place 6 stars, I would!

This is my first apartment rental experience where I do not have to constantly worry about: *my neighbors being too noisy... *my neighbors throwing trash around... *safe & clean playgrounds... *safe & clean amenities: pool/hot tub/club house/Post Office/Gym/Laundry, etc... *Intrusive/inconsistent management... Was moving from out of state and had been working with Imelda the manager. She assured me my new home would be great and made me feel confident in my choice. My clearance finally came through and I called to begin the paperwork. The new manager Melissa quickly let me know Imelda was gone and things were being done differently now. Needless to say she has an over blown opinion of herself. I now live at a newer and more friendly apartment community.

Eagle's Landing is very clean, well maintained and a very well run facility. Staff are friendly and helpful and the amenities such as fitness facility, laundry and swimming pool are great.
