The property manager, Deb, is very friendly and on top of things! Recommend this well maintained apartment complex.
Eagles Crest is an amazing complex to live at! It is extremely clean inside and out! Lots of room to take evening walks! Lots of friendly pets live here and enjoy the wide open space. I personally love how peaceful and quiet it is! Brittnay is amazing when It comes to helping out and finding solutions! The maintenance men are always on top of their work and get the job done well and fast!! I definitely would recommend living here!!!!

We moved here from Texas with our two children in May. The office staff was great about working with us long distance, and upon arriving, everything was in order for us. The office staff are very kind. The apartment we rented had new carpet, was very clean, and we found well kept landscaping. Maintenance has been quick to respond to any needs we've had, and are very helpful and polite. We haven't needed much fixed but it was always done within 24 hours (usually same day if they weren't too busy). Pros of living here: great price! The the appliances are the basic apartment kind, nothing fancy, but work perfectly. Microwave, Central AC, heat, and plenty of kitchen space. Quiet part of town near west lake. Plenty of parking near your apartment. Hallways leading into the building which are a plus in cold weather. Minutes from grocery store. Quiet neighbors. The school is close by, they have a fitness room, and garages available if you want one. Large balcony, and we enjoy sitting outside. Cons of living here: not many! It's a nice place, even for families. Other than that, my only comment is that only the kitchens, hallway, and bathrooms have light fixtures built in. there are no other light fixtures in the living room or bedrooms. It's not a problem, the windows, and sliding door give plenty of light, and just be prepared to bring lamps to use in the evenings. We had sold ours before the move and ended up buying new ones not knowing we would need them. The power outlets are on a light switch so it works out perfectly.

The apartment are fine. For the price of the rent, I wish there had been new appliances. The security door lock doesn't always work. Overall, property management is fine. More pros than cons.
