Property Ratings at Eagle Village
Do not put your students here. Third party billing for electricity is FAR from transparent. The apartments, appliances and grounds are filthy and in disrepair. You will be stepping over much trash, cigarette butts and dog waste to get into your apartment. The outside lighting is poor and does not provide for a feeling of safety. There is zero enforcement of policies spelled out in your lease. If your student is not part of the underage drinking, weed smoking, loud music party crowd - they will be miserable here. There will be students standing directly outside your door smoking weed, which will permeate your apartment, while they are also falling down drunk on a regular basis. Management is unwilling to enforce any of these issues and you're told to just call the police. My daughter never felt safe in this environment. She moved out halfway through her lease because this place is THAT bad!
They over charge on utilities and we asked for a break down to see where we were “going over” and they wouldn’t give us anything. They walk in whenever they want and it has scared me before and my roommate!! Terrible at communicating. Management has changed like every other month and the rules and pricing keeps changing. Can’t wait to move out!
Management cares about money only and is constantly changing. Apartments are dirty and low quality, maintenance comes in unannounced. There is a parking shortage, and rather than trying to find a solution they decided to capitalize by making students pay money for “VIP” parking. Don’t live here, even if it is a last resort. 10/10 do not recommend.

This place is an absolute joke. Corporate doesn’t care about anything but money. Advertised as student apartments yet my apartment of 4 teenage girls lived across the hall from 4 Middle Aged men. And next to a family with children screaming at all hours of the day. I did not feel safe outside my own apartment here. Most definitely are not student apartments. When I moved in there was trash and dirty socks all around our laundry machine. Yet we were charged for this upon move out. We were told they would paint, also never happened. Privacy also does not matter here. We were blatantly lied to and then treated like idiots when bringing it up. IF you must live here be sure and take pictures of absolutely everything in your apartment before you move in. They will take you for every penny when you move out. I was charged $125 for a 1 inch paint chip. Honestly if you can, live anywhere else.

Management is always changing so I never know who is in charge, maintenance is always coming in unannounced, price isn’t good enough for what you get.
