Eagle Village

First the good...location is great! You can easily walk to class or cafeteria even in bad weather, second the onsite staff was nice....that's pretty much all the good. The bad...first it is a very very basic apartment..not a full kitchen, bedroom and living room all in one..basically it is a dorm room...a very expensive dorm room! Also and Very important, look at the lease carefully..they only do yearly leases from August to July...so if you would graduate in December, well you're out of luck. Stayed there for two years based on location alone, but when asked for a 6 month lease to graduate, I was told no, period...either move out or fork out another 7K..I chose to move out to a more secure place. The owners are not there to help students at all, just in it for the money in my opinion. Look around Cookeville..you can find better, much better.
