Eagle Ridge Apartments

The staff here are professional yet compassionate. They've gone "above and beyond" for me on more than one occasion. They are able to do this while still making policies clear and easy to follow. Overall, with the exception of some neighbors that seem to have a lot of drama (and those exist everywhere), it is a quiet community. I enjoy living here!

The management is very polite, and helpful! The property stays clean, and the people who live here don't start any problems.

Eagle Ridge is by far one of the greatest places to live in Lawrence. If you want reasonable rent, friendly staff, and top of the line maintenance, this is the place to go. Management is always respectful and able to assist with any issue or problem you may encounter; although you probably won't encounter any issue. Pets are welcomed here with a great open area to let them off the leash. All appliances work great, and the heater/AC cools and heats your home in no time. The apartment is great for a single person or a small family. Bills are very low in cost and the neighbors are great. Great location right behind Hyvee and other shopping businesses. Easy access to campus with bus rout available. Spacious parking so you'll never have to struggle to find place close to your home. Overall great place to live. Would highly recommend living here!

The apartment is ok, neighbors generally keep to themselves. Bugs were a constant issue, along with old appliances. The major issue was that the management does not really care about you. If you have a difficult situation to work around with regards to moving in or moving out, don't count on them to help.

At Eagle Ridge you get what you pay for. The apartments themselves are small, and the walls are thin. Great for small families, couples, or for a single person, however, I would not recommend it for those trying to live with roommates. With little to no storage space throughout the apartment, it can be extremely stressful to find a way to cram your life into such a small area. I've also found the mantinence staff to be subpar, and seem to do things in their own time rather than your own. Multiple times I scheduled mantinence appointments only to have them ignored by the staff, and when I called the office to inform them, someone was there within minutes. The best part of these apartments by far is the location. Grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants are right outside your door, which truly has made life a lot simpler. I also appreciate the spacious decks and patios provided to each resident, as well as the laid back pet policy, playground, and small off leash dog area. Overall I give it 3/5 stars. Not a bad apartment to start off in, but not what I would recommend for those looking for an apartment complex that will truly serve you, or for those who are trying to live more of a "party" lifestyle.
