The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Eagle Pointe
I love that it is a well maintained property. Work is done quickly. The grass is nice and kept mowed and trimmed. When it snows there is an immediate response. The sidewalks are not icy and snow is removed frequently. The parking lot is plowed when there is barely enough snow to bother with. Never ice or snow around the mailboxes. There is always staff willing to help in anyway possible. For the most part for a large complex it is quiet and friendly. I love it here!
A good, safe place to live. Many tenants stay a long time because they feel comfortable here and trust Eagle Point.
The property is well maintained. The staff polite and caring. The amenities are kept clean and safe.
Wonderful staff all around, very polite and personable. The maintenance crew extremely helpful, the ladies in the office always smiling, been here going on 3 years and their wonderful. My issue isn't fixed yet but its clearly a difficult thing as it has never taken them this long to fix anything.
Awesome office staff , amazing maintenance moderately good cost and the best part a washer and dryer!!!! I currently reside in a one bedroom apartment its got a nice size kitchen all appliances work great and it had a dish washer and built in microwave. The living room is decent size and so is the bedroom it has ample closet and storage and a big bathroom with a tub and shower. My neighbors are cordial and most of the time easy to get a long with. And the fitness room is legit. Couldn't ask for a better place for the price. If you don't rent here you will regret not at least checking it out !!!! Come on !!!
