Overall, our experience has been a good one. Of course, there are things that can be improved upon, but your maintenance men have been timely, friendly, and do their very best to fix things. We would like to see more handicap spaces for parking, salt for sidewalks in the winter, a recycling bin, benches to sit on around the property. Little things like that can make a big difference.

I've been living here at eagle point for the last 3 months. I haven't had any problems since I've been here. I love the comfort of my new home and would definitely recommend anyone to this community. Eagle point is a great place to live in a good area. The people in the office genuinely care and do their best to take care of their residents. The maintenance team has been mostly prompt and helpful.

Overall, my experience here has been positive. I appreciate having a spacious apartment as well as the convenient access to shopping nearby, esp. within walking distance. Management has been very timely in addressing issues; maintenance people are also timely in resolving problems.

I'm happy here so far. I had an outstanding experience with Ashley and Raphael! My hot water wasn't working and my door was sticking and they got em both fixed for me on the same day. within Just a few hours too. They are both incredibly professional, attentive, and they went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect for my new place.

I was without AC for 2 full weeks in 100 degree weather. When I finally got ahold of them, they said "We gave you a window unit," and they had, but that meant the bedroom was freezing while the rest of the apartment was sweltering. My smoke alarm wouldn't stop going off, so I cut the power cord because they had hardwired alarms rather than battery operated which is extremely dangerous (what if the power goes out?). It took about 6 weeks for them to send someone to replace it even though I reported it immediately. I had to live without a smoke detector for that time. Somehow, the ceiling leaked every single time it rained even though I am on the ground floor with a unit above me. The worst time was when the bedroom ceiling literally collapsed and flooded my bed. They replaced the carpet, but the guy did a horrible job and the seams tore up almost immediately. I fully expect to be charged for that when I move out because I have heard several horror stories where residents were charged THOUSANDS after moving out. They NEVER answer the phone. You will end up having to go to the office to talk to anyone. Somehow, they find time to post constant notices about what's on your porch and threaten to charge you fees. If you have a dog, you'll have to bring their poop inside your home because there are hardly any waste stations on the property, and they refuse to allow a small trash can on your porch. Every time I put in a maintenance request, I begged them to call and let me know when the repair person was coming, but they wouldn't, so I just had to guess. If you're not home when they come, they'll never come back. They post notices about mandatory pest control on a Friday and expect you to be ready on Tuesday. If you're out of town or don't have time to remove everything from your kitchen and bathroom cabinets, you will be charged a hefty fee and they will not come back. There are other issues that are too many to list here, but you get the gist. I can't wait to move out and live in a place where they don't overcharge and then screw you over. Good riddance! Seriously, DO NOT LIVE HERE.

I have not had too many issues, I have been charged $100 for them spraying for insects and I did not receive a paper notice on my door like my neighbors. I did receive a notice in the application but I don't check it unless rent is due my fault.

Eagle Point is a really nice, pretty and safe, not to mention affordable, complex right up against Saint Francis that I've been at for a little over 2 years now and I can honestly say it really is home for a serious renter. Lexi, Irena and Ashley always knock it out of the park with customer service and have a great sense of humor too! Love it here

These apartments are very nice and well kept. Maintenance is always super friendly and quick to respond. The office staff is super professional and knowledgeable. Neighbors are quiet and I love that these apartments have internet here already.

Maintenance is a joke around here. I wish I can show the pictures of my apartment. The ceiling was destroyed from the upstairs apartment. It had water coming in my apartment for 2 days. Ceiling was messed up it was stinking in here because of all the water in the carpet. I had to call District Manager because I had wood rats in apartment. I could go on and on about the time I've been here. Then they are charging me extra $22 a month saying that if the pipes burst I have to pay for this.

Moving in was quick. The office staff was very professional and helpful throughout the process. The apartment was clean and ready for me to move into. The area is quiet and the people living here are friendly!

Im happy i decided to move here to eagle point. I looked at the other apartments nearby but they werent as nice or friendly. I actually see the maintenance guys here pick up trash and dog poop! I like that the community does not allow smoking! Its clean here and in the location that I wanted.

Started off rocky having lots of maintenance issues. They are being fixed just taking more time than I expected. Other than that the community is quiet and seems to be friendly. I have only been here a little over.a month and so far seems to be good.

The place is in a prime location and is easily one of the best in Tulsa. Alexia in the front office, was super helpful with the application and the move-in process. She was the best part about the move-in process.

Moved out in January and still being charged. Have been charged for new carpet and new paint when the apartment needed to be painted when we moved in. Repairs not made. Water damage trough out. Recommendation- Do your walk through, write it down, get it signed by office staff and keep a copy. Current management won't talk to us now that we are no longer tenants. They have been turned in for billing fraud by a handful of tenants. PLEASE Do your research, look on Better Business Bureau. We are good people; we were not bad tenets, and we are being treated poorly.

I love it here! This complex is by far the BEST apartment complex I've ever stayed in! Maintenance always responds to issues quickly and treat tenants with respect; they are knowledgeable about how to fix problems. The ladies in the office are friendly and helpful, especially Ashley. They respond to requests and make sure renters are taken care of.
