A large subdivision with mountain views and a golf course, Los Serranos provides a beautiful location in Chino Hills. Bordered by the Chino Valley Freeway on its east side, commuting from the neighborhood is easy. While it is primarily residential, there's ample shopping in the northwest corner of the neighborhood, near the intersection of Pipeline Avenue and Chino Hills Parkway. Here, you'll find restaurants, banks, grocery stores, specialty shops, and other businesses.
The Los Serranos Country Club covers much of the neighborhood, offering two 18-hole golf courses, a large lake, a clubhouse, and a driving range. For those who prefer hiking to golfing, the Chino Hills State Park is directly south of the neighborhood and provides ample hiking, equestrian, and mountain biking trails. The park covers 14,102 acres and includes an outdoor amphitheater, campgrounds, picnic areas, and an exhibit hall.

Property Ratings at Eagle Canyon
I loved my second floor 2 bedroom unit! It was one of the cheaper floor plans (Cedarwood) so I was initially worried it wouldn’t be much space, but with the vaulted ceilings on the second floor, it feels super spacious. I also really recommend the south/west side of the property (Chino Ave side), specifically Covey Court, it feels less crowded, and we had views of trees and even a view of the mountains from our balcony, not someone else’s living room.
Eagle Canyon Apt. is a great community to live in with helpful management staff and quick response maintenance team. We have lived here for eight years happily with friendly neighborhood, convenient facilities, large swimming pool. It right next to the great Eagle Canyon Elementary School, very close to shopping and service areas, walking distance to community park. It is a safe community.
I couldn’t make my move in date and the manger Stephanie said they will not refund my deposit I didn’t if even move in it was a holding deposit!
Every year your rent is increased significantly. I came on the sight to compare what they wanted to increase my rent to what they were charging new residence, $250 more!!!! Watch out when you move in. They like to claim everything is new, however, with in a few weeks, stains started showing up in my carpet and I noticed the bottom of the kitchen draws are painted. Also look under the kitchen cabinets, they tape and paint over areas they do not want you to see. Only reason they get one star is the maintenance staff was always great. So no, your kitchen cabinets are not new and they only had the rugs professionally cleaned (nothing really is new :-(
Beautiful view on some units .poor maintenance ,no ducts ventlation in baths and kitchens. Lack of parking spots .one or two cock roach is consider ok by the management. Good floor plans, lots of closets. Not so bad .
