Everyone should know that this apartment complex is income restricted. You wouldn't know that because it is not listed anywhere on apartments.com or their website, dwellatgreenridge.com. Not only that during an in person visit, it was not even discussed. This is the first question that should have been asked. How much do you make and if its too much you cant rent here. I shouldnt have ever been given an application. I really did like the place alot and i was ready to sign up. DO BETTER PEOPLE, DO BETTER!!!!!!!
