      Not worth it

      I been a resident for 4+ years. I will be moving soon. Very high cost of water/sewage bills every month, & it is a different price every month but still expensive. There are roaches in units and squirrels in the walls, especially in the winter time. Untreated mold. There's no security gate on the property even though it's advertised on their website. The gym is pathetic. It barely fit three people in it comfortably. The gym contains only one bike and a couple of dumbbells. No treadmill, and no other machines. It's often more than five people that live in the one bedroom units, which can be a safety issue if this is not regulated. The employees will post all the five star reviews to manipulate the google review score. I guess the times we are living in, nothing is completely honest anymore. Move here at your own risks.

      Overpriced

      I've lived here for 8 years and since they've been corporate the prices have went up extremely BUT the apartments are still old! The water is off every other day, I have mold growing in my carpet since last year from my neighbor pipes bursting and leaking into my apartment. I was told by Max that I will need to pay for new carpet! I've never had a carpet cleaning or anything since I've been a resident. None of the residents hardly speak English anymore, so connecting is a little hard. It's many people living in one bedroom units. Pests. plus more.

      PLEASE DO NOT MOVE HERE

      UPDATE: June 1st 2018: MY apartment is filled with small roaches. I lived in March 30, 2018. This is the most nastiest apartment I have ever stayed in. I the leasing office and maintenance line is all I call every other day. There is always something breaking or pest. My neighbors are trashy and very loud. The whole apartment complex was raided by COBB COUNTY due to people smuggling drugs. Please don’t believe the good star reviews as the leasing offices gives people money off their rent to write them. Definitely should have no ratings. WORST MISTAKE IS SIGNING A LEASE TO THIS PROPERTY! I signed my lease just a couple of days ago and after the first day I regretted it. Needless to say, that was definitely a big mistake as we will not be resigning in 2019. I called the property to be transferred to a different community. Both the assistant manager and property manager would not allow it. I find that very hard to believe it could not be done as each Dwell property is owned by the same company. Furthermore, there is usually a grace period-clause within the contract to opt out (which is listed on the Georgia's renter site) The apartments they rent out looks NOTHING like the model apartment. The apartments are OVER painted, front doors are dusty and dented, and pavements are cracked outside. Please do not believe the pictures from the website as they must have been taken when first remodeled (probably about 8 years ago) The leasing office is very tacky as it has pictures of the assistant manager's family everywhere. I'm guessing she lives there.. SMH. At this point, I will be writing the Better Business Bureau, The Health Department, AND ALL SOCIAL MEDIA that Dwell Properties is listed/advertised on a very detailed letter explaining lies told by the leasing office (not being able to opt out after one day) the lack of professionalism, concerns, and unsanitary conditions of the Dwell Communities. ABSOLUTELY TRASH!

      Family friendly with a side of Roaches

      3 year resident. There are always events taking place. Grounds are kept nice. Older apartment so things break but Maintainece handle request very quickly. Everything was fine until about a few months ago until there became a roach infestation. And the disrespectful kind, in your bed, fridge, dressers. Pest control doesn't work, nothing works. I loved the cheap rent and convenience but I'd rather pay more than live with unwanted pets.

      No Complaints @ All!!!!

      This review is a bit personal. Ive been a resident at dwell for approximately 5 years almost 6. I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL!!!! Even when incidents have happen in the past the staff was ready and efficient with the work that had to be done. The staff is literally like family to me! I am a walking testimony on the progression this complex has shown and I cant wait to see what else they have in store.

      GREAT FAMILY ENVIRONMENT

      My wife Juanita and I are very pleased with this DWELL location. Rhea,Cassandra, Audrey and Ryan are the best customer service people we have ever dealt with with respect to living somewhere. Whenever we have needed something, they have gone beyond their ability to accommodate us and take care of us. Thank you guys. We love staying here. God bless you people.       Its ok.

      I've been here for two years and am hopefully able to find a more "updated & modern" place. Honestly the apt isn't bad, especially on the inside. Plenty of space, even though me being a female I need BIG bathroom space! I've personally never encountered any crime. Yes, I've seen police in here from time to time but I think that may be due to "toxic relationship problems" people may have because I've never had nor heard any kind of disturbance. As far as the gate, it does work but I think sometimes leasing does forget to close it when the office closes so for the past week or so it has been open nightly. Maintenance def comes in a timely manner, but also keep in mind that the actual units are old so I did have a few problems w. my AC from time to time, as in maintenance having to come back again AFTER they say they fixed it. My first rental fee was $585, which I felt was very appropriate, it then went to $615 when I renewed and I'm sure at the end of this lease it'll be around $650 (all of ATL/Cobb is pretty much going up due to the Braves stadium coming shortly.) If I do not find a place to move by the ending of my lease I do not have a problem with staying another year but I would just prefer to move due to me wanting something new.

      Love this place!

      Dwell@750 has a great staff that has been very responsive. Maintenance has responded quickly to the very few requests that I have had in the 10 months living here so far. My neighbors are quiet and the grounds are clean. Every day, I see members of the maintenance team looking over the grounds to make sure they are clean. The complex does a great job of keeping things running well and making sure that where we live is a home and not just a place to live. The staff in the office are friendly and have been helpful any time I have needed anything!
