Property Ratings at Dunwoody Exchange Apartments
I do not recommend staying here due to multiple reasons. One of which is their poor management, when I called for an emergency once, it took about an hour for someone to come. Additionally, they put in "work orders" and always say they will "come the next day", but they never come the next day. Most of the time I have to call the front desk and reask for my work order. Furthermore, they have a roach infestation problem, they were there when I moved in, and there when I moved out. However, if you are looking for a cheap place to live for the time being this is your place. Especially in Chamblee. Also, the neighborhood is very noisy, especially during the afternoon, and it makes it difficult to concentrate.
