If the building itself and management team weren't enough to convince you to live here, from early May to late September it's like a mini Summer-fest atmosphere outside with concerts and countless restaurants with outdoor seating everywhere. It's just such a great place to be.

Moving in here is one of the better decisions I've made in many, many years. The entire staff knows exactly what they are doing and are on top of everything. Cant imagine any building doing it better. Starting my 3rd year here and am excited about it.

Great place to live if you want a clean, safe location with a lot of amenities
Excellent community and great staff. Prompt resolution of any issue (sometimes in minutes !!). Location is great. The only issue we have sometimes is the wait for the elevators. With only 2 elevators (especially when one is closed due to move-in/move-out/maintenance) - the wait is a bit long and when taking the stairs is not an option for those staying at higher floors. Overall - great stay !!

Dunton Tower is highly recommended by me. The surrounding community provides everything you need within walking distance. The staff here at Dunton Tower are top notch and care about their tenants. From the office staff who are always there for assistance or just a friendly smile to maintenance who are always available for assistance. They are the best! We have loved our time living in Dunton Tower. The apartment is spacious and up to date. The office management staff is amazing, always very helpful and friendly. When ever we have a maintenance issue it is handled within 24 hours and the maintenance staff is great! No complaints.

I enjoy living at Dunton Tower very much. The previous apartment I was in fell to disrepair and pests crept in so I needed to move ASAP. Dunton was able to take me immediately and the differences in community and cleanliness have been night and day. I recommend living here especially if you're looking for a clean, well-kept apartment in a nice area to live.

If you are looking for a great city experience, with a short walk to more of a suburban setting this is the place! Beautiful area, very walkable and easy to bike around. The apartment is wonderful, and you can't hear your neighbors! Mike is always there to help, goes out of his way to make things feel like home, and quick to respond. The maintenance team keeps things in top running order, very neat and tidy. Love this place!

Since I was moving from another state to Dunton Towers, Mike and Shannon from the management were extremely helpful and went above and beyond in responding to any needs or questions I may have had prior to moving in. Maintenance team is also very kind with quick turn around time if I have any concerns. They certainly made my move in a pleasant experience!!

Friendly, community environment with easy access to Downtown Arlington Heights. Management on site is a huge plus as they are always available to answer questions and help out.

Since moving here 2 years ago everyone in the main office, maintenance and neighbors have been a pleasure to deal with. Any apartment issues the team has always been there to help right away.They all go above and beyond for not only me but all the residents in this building. Have seen it first hand! The entire team here at Dunton Tower makes you feel safe and secure at all times. Great family vibes and would highly recommend this building to everyone over any other apartments in the area or surrounding suburbs. Maintenance works very hard daily to keep everything clean, safe and sanitary. Al, Mark and Trino are really great people and will do anything to help you. Shannon and Michael are the best property managers I have ever met and dealt with. Always doing anything to help out the residents.This place has always felt like home in large part to them and the guys in maintenance. Building is located in the middle of all the action so its very convenient to have set parking to be able to walk around the entire downtown area. Lots of parks and activities to do during the Summer and Holidays. Plus, the pool in the Summer is outstanding. I would not spend my money on any other place but Dunton Tower. Great location and great people overall.

I love Dunton Tower because the building is maintained. The leasing staff is friendly and always ready to answer questions if you have any and the maintenance staff is on top of maintenance issues and fix the issue in a timely manner. I love it here.
Dunton Tower is a most convenient location for shopping, dining and train service to the city. The staff is very friendly and efficient.
I love the friendliness of all the staff. Shannon does an excellent job communicating with me and Al is the best.
Beautiful place, pet friendly, and front row access to downtown Arlington and all its restaurants
