Contact Andre he is the best. Any time I had an issue he was the one to fix it and make it right. He is fast and talks to you like your human. Respect. Also, my family and I have been here for about 6 years and never had nor seen a bug in our apartment except for spiders very little. You follow the rules, and you'll enjoy this place. Parking can be a toothache sometimes but manageable.

They have the worst parking policy I have ever encountered and I am a resident. Steer far away. Issues with everything from bugs to plumbing and paper thin walls and ceilings. If you have ANY other option please take it!

Do not live here. The walls are paper thin. Management is a joke. Every other month maintenance is entering your apartment to “check” or replace something. Crime is very high. They have a tow company that removes peoples car in the middle of the night even if parked legally. Rents constantly increase. Pool and gym are overcrowded or closed for “maintenance”. Save your money and sanity. Live elsewhere!

I did not live here but I came to look at the place since I am moving to the area for grad school. Saw their model apartment. The floors were uneven clearly there were problems in the foundation. In the 5 minutes we were in the model apartment this poor lady, living here, had her car stolen in the middle of the day! Forget that! It means that people living in the apartments will steal from you if they have the chance or that people hang around their looking for people to rob you. They the lady showing us the apartment was like when would you all like to move in. Clearly stuff like this happens often.

I’ve lived here for almost a year and moving here has been the worst decision I ever made. From crime to bugs to towing residents cars, this place is the worst!

If you want to be respected as a paying customer, be able to communicate with your leasing office about justly complaints, and overall enjoy where you live DO NOT LEASE with DUKE MANOR APARTMENTS. I’ve been here for two years because I’m a student and it was the only thing I could afford but it is literally the worst place to live. I can’t write enough bad reviews on the place. You can never talk to the leasing manager. They will make changes to your apartment, like change your locks without talking to you, and i complain every day and night about the fact that my neighbors below me blast music on a loud and big stereo system suitable for a concert but nothing is done. The security officer told me that it was something I had to get used to. Please do not live here.

I love my apartment, it’s so nice, the people are kind. I have really nice neighbors. Any problems that I have within my apartment the people come in and fix it in no time.

The apartments themselves aren't too bad if you don't have high standards, but management has put into place an absurd and stifling parking policy. You essentially aren't allowed to have guests over in the evening unless you coordinate in advance with the leasing office, and even then, your guests can't arrive in more than 2 cars. Otherwise, their cars will be towed by the 3rd party towing company that prowls the apartment complex every night. There's plenty of parking available - the policy makes no sense. I cannot recommend living here to anyone but a hermit. Those writing on other sites about crime problems, fake reviews, etc., are all absolutely correct. There are frequent burglaries/shootings, and people are being bribed to write good reviews. Crazy that they would pay that kind of money for a good review, but won't fix a broken policy to get one. The "Relaxing and close to store" review on this site is obviously and laughably fake. Also, note that walls are paper thin (despite the lead paint in the walls, which they don't tell you about until you're signing lease paperwork). I can hear my neighbor's xbox turn on. That isn't a loud noise that should be carrying through a wall.

Duke Manor is a very Respectable place to live, I call it getting the best bang for my bucks!! Its affordable, and has all of the luxuries of a 5 star apartment complex, fitness center, Two swimming pools, ann staff that are always courteous.I love it simply because it is close to the bus and supermarket.I moved here from New York. I've been in my apartment for 5 years! Couldn't ask for a better location to live! Staff and neighbors are wonderful!

I truly like the apartment but, the restriction for getting one is hard. I am a good tented it just i had a hard time this year. Had to have open heart surgery and that causes me to move out of my apartment. I told your staff they agreed that i need to find a private owner that will not checked for everything. Other then that i wish i was your tented
