The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Dryden Homes- 1-21 N Dryden Pl
Let me start off with this: Do. Not. Live. Here. If you can spare even 100$ more a month, use it and go anywhere else! The apartment originally looked to be a nice, one bedroom unit. Minor things here and there, but over all no complaints. However, as time passed, problems began to show, not to mention the fact that there is not nearly enough parking for the buildings! You are required to have a sticker for the building placed onto your car, and most nights will need to park next door and risk getting towed if you car is not moved by 7 am or in Mariano's parking lot across the street. Heavy rain lead to water seeping in through the poorly sealed windows, and when we brought the issue up, the onsite manager made the fake excuse of "I will clean the gutters so they don't overflow again". They flooded again, and again. The AC unit is poorly secured into the walls and allow for very large wasps to enter into the unit during the warmer months and the building its self can usually be found with one or two of them laying dead on the floor. The bathroom is not fully tiled in the shower, nor is it properly vented. The ceiling grows mold due to that. The walls are thin, so be prepared to hear your neighbors quite often. At night, many times you will hear loud music being played from the parking lot as people pass by doors as well. The smell of marijuana commonly wafts around the building weekly if not daily, which was listed as against the rules of the place. There have been reports of bed bugs as well and I have had bugs come into my unit from others near by. The live in building manager does not give the required 48 hours notice before needing to come into the unit. Almost every time someone was brought in for a bug prevention, a flier is slipped under, or taped to the door the day or night before, sometimes allowing less than 24 hours time to take off of work if needed. None of this even begins to state how badly the buildings need inspections and how poorly they are up kept! This is my warning: Stay away from Dryden Place!
