Drumlin Heights

I moved to drumlin heights a few months ago with my sister and her dog. we love it! - the apartment is beautiful, tons of natural light, and plenty of storage. it actually gets dark at night with minimal light pollution. - it's basically dog heaven, with tons of walking trails, friendly people, other dogs, and only a couple miles from the cold springs dog park. - it's an extremely quiet, calm place to live - that said, we haven't met a single neighbor yet and people in the building seem to keep to themselves. it's fine for us, but I could see it getting a little lonely if you live by yourself. (often it's so quiet I feel like we're the only ones in the building.) - staff is polite, friendly, and helpful. a few weeks ago our water heater broke around 9am, and maintenance had replaced it by early afternoon, and left our water heater closet cleaner than it was before haha - the community is SO safe, i'm 5'2", 100lbs, and have never felt unsafe walking around at night - only ~5 minutes (driving) to Wegmans, Walmart, Target, etc., but still feels like you live in the middle of a peaceful forest - more than i originally wanted to pay, but 100% would choose this place again. the extra cost is worth it for the community, location, & safety

I was a resident at Drumlin Heights for a year and a half where every aspect of the apartment living experience was excellent. The staff at Drumlin Heights was always courteous, understanding and helpful. I was always able to communicate with them whenever I needed something and they were always quick to respond. The apartments structural condition was very good and remained that way for the duration of my stay. The location is also prime (i.e. minutes from I-81, I-90, major highways, Destiny USA) just down the road from Clay where you can find any store that you need. I would recommend Drumlin Heights with the highest praise and would gladly live there again if I returned to the area.

I am a current resident at Drumlin Heights. I have been here 8 months now and it was the best move ever! My wife and son and I love the walking trails in Radisson and it is a perfect place to have a dog. Our neighbors are very welcoming and friendly. The management here is very pleasant to deal with and maintenance is prompt when a work order is placed. Our townhouse is the perfect size for a family and a dog. I have to mention also, this is the quietest community I have ever lived in, which is exactly what we wanted!

Yep, its a old place and old people of course. Some are nice and say hi. Most keep to themselves. The apart iself, is not that bad for the price. Huge bedroom and bathroom is pretty big size too. Management in the office is very nice. Well kept landscape. I would say pretty quite most of the time. One thing is if you don't have a transportation your STUCK!! There is no bus route here and the closest store is a gas station a mile away.
