Place looks a mess. It’s situated right off a main road. Dumpster looks unmaintained. Trash is everywhere and the parking is horrible. Don’t be fooled by old reviews.
ive have tried for 3 months to get ahold of the rental office, today i tried one last time because my move date is next week, when i called it said the mailbox was full. i took offense to this because that means the landlord hasn't even been checking his voicemails from anyone for the last three months. the only people that answer are when you call the extension for concerns about the corporate staff and they cant even get the land lord to pick up

I have been living at driftwood club since October of 2016 I have never had any problems it is a very quiet community and if ever a problem did occur maintenance was always right on it. When I did report a problem the manager Fernando was right on it. It is a very nice community and very convenient to a lot of shopping needs very convenient to the bus line and with some places within walking distance.I have been very happy living here and have plans to stay for a long time.

We have been at Driftwood since April 2016. This is the best apartment we have lived in. The management and Maintenance is quick to respond and keep open communication. Over the last several months we have only seen things get better now that Fernando is the property manager. Just last winter (2017) during that cold front our heater died we called and within an hour had someone out to fix it ON A WEEKEND!!!! During the week you can always get in contact with someone if any issues pop up, which is rare they do because this complex is well cared for. There is regular preventative measures taken by the management and an exterminator which means, you guessed it NO BUGS. NONE ZIP! Not even ants and DE has ants everywhere but not in your apartment. Over the course of two years we have had our heater repaired, and a few other minor repairs done that come with basic wear and tear on an apartment (especially with kids )and we have never had to wait longer than a few hours for someone to respond. You always know when an issue has been heard and a ticket made because you get an email. If it were possible we would stay here forever, Our family loves this place. Rent is fair, neighbors are kind, and the management is far better than others . MOVE HERE, you won't regret it! ~ Family in A1

I real appreciate Driftwood apts services,more specifically the current manager Mr.Fernando is wonderful;,he responds very first to demands from tenants,; More so for the past 10 months he has been very effective with my needs in repairs more so the dish washer,bathroom,and without forgetting cabinet repairs,he has made me to extend my stay till i purchase my own apartment,They have respect and good customer service relationship to tenants and and siblings.hope they will continue with same services- Thomas B12
