Welcome to Drakes Creek Cooperative, your future home near Old Hickory Lake, just 20 minutes from downtown Nashville. Located in the serene and scenic Goodlettsville, Tennessee, our community offers modern living spaces and also the opportunity for residents to own a part of where they live. We are currently in the process of working with residents to convert this community into a Limited Equity Housing Cooperative. As a resident, you will become part of a neighborhood corporation where members collectively own and democratically control the entire housing complex—not just individual units. As a resident at Drakes Creek, each member has the rights of a home-owner and votes to make decisions for the entire development. You'll be able to participate in governance of a permanently affordable housing development. Limited-equity housing cooperatives can be pathways to permanent affordable housing for all. Drakes Creek is for residents who make 50% AMI or less. Instead of housing for profit, a housing cooperative is run at cost. At Drakes Creek, we are targeting an annual increase of 3% or LESS significantly less than the average rent increase of 7.5% in the area. Because you get to decide the budget, you get to help manage the costs! If you think this opportunity sounds right for you, contact us today for more information!

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Drake's Creek Cooperative
air conditioner been out for years now had to go but two of my own, the ppl who suppose to be in the office are never there, and always rude and don't help with anything.
These apartments have no cemenet foundation and are built on dirt which causes floors to give in and my refrigerator has needed changed for months . Ive had kitchen and bathroom floors both tottally puuled out and replaced. Air conditioner is out right now has been out for 4 weeks and still not repaired although they at least provided a prortable air conditioner. My gutter outside is bent and clogged and ppors all out on my patio. Its a good area but management is slow to act and to tell the truth these apts need to be bulldozed and rebuilt.
