Love the apartment here. Right downtown with all the nightlife, but still quiet and safe with gated parking as keyed building entry. Lots of activities for those of us who live here. Love the 24/7 gym and free WiFi. Meagan and James are always friendly and willing to work with you. Love it!

The units are in a great central location that is close in proximity to the college, downtown, and other shopping areas. The units are perfect for college/graduate students. Apartments are fully furnished so that is a big plus to living here.
The location is great, right in downtown with lots of restaurants and stores very close by. Great for college students attending AState with its close proximity. Every issue I have had has been resolved the day of or very timely. All in all a great place to live
I moved into the Lofts downtown and loved every part of it. Thanks to James and Maegan the application/moving in process was so easy. Their communication while living here is unmatched, so personal and efficient. If you are looking for a great place to live, The Lofts is the way to go!

I moved to this apartment in May (my first ever apartment on my own) and it has been a breeze because of Meagan and James! They are both very attentive, friendly, helpful and overall great people. Anytime there is any sort of maintenance or questions about anything they are super quick to respond and help! They have made the adjustment to living in an apartment for the first time super easy. The area is great and super close to campus for college students. It is the perfect place to live!

My entire year and a half of living at University Lofts was pleasant. Whenever I needed anything, the manager was always on top of it, along with the maintenance. Great location, and always felt safe. Would live here again in a heartbeat!
I highly recommend you to stay the University Loft in Jonesboro, Arkansas. The location of the building is perfect for anyone, who enjoys social life. Great local restaurants and shops for you to enjoy on the weekend. Very safe, and diverse. There are several great photographers near this building. Also, there is a GREAT plant store to help you to bring in some greenery in your loft. The building manager, Parker, is AWESOME! He is very personable and brings a lot of excitement to your stay at the University Lofts.
The lofts are perfectly accommodating for those who are looking for a safe, customizable, and fresh downtown living experience! They come fully furnished with everything you’ll need, they’re located right next to the best bars and restaurants in Jonesboro, and the service from the building manager is top notch. What more could you want?!
