Bassett Creek is located in the southwest region of Crystal. The local passion for preserving and protecting the Bassett Creek waters and parkland give this neighborhood a unifying voice that distinguishes it from other parts of the city. With Minneapolis to the southeast, the neighborhood lies close enough to the city to feel metropolitan but, as the active Bassett Creek Park Group reminds residents, the neighborhood is still small enough to bond together. Folks looking for a cheerful and comfortable home with urban access should look no further.

The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

Property Ratings at Douglas Drive Terrace
The area is overall a good low key place to live. The outside and inside of the apartments stay clean. Maintenance responds to repairs in a Timely manner. The renovated units are beautiful, and it is a spacious unit for a reasonable price. There is no rental office, so ordering packages was a problem for me because it often got stolen if not there to personally grab it. There is no visitors parking so visitors cannot overnight park. Those were my only problems other than that I would rent again if necessary.
The apartment is beautiful. Good Price. Thanks !!!
DO NOT RENT HERE. He raised the rent twice in one year and this PLACE is not worth it. The outside looks betta. Don't waste your time. Plz believe me.
This organization didn't even have the decency to return calls to let a prospective tenant know if there were units available even after having initial contact with them. The person needing a place made it very clear that the unit was needed asap. A return call to let someone know if the apartment was available or not would help someone who had an urgent need decide the next steps to take. Many calls and promises to hear back were ingnored. Probably NOT a place you'd want to rent from! Thanks for leaving someone homeless!
i really love it and the space is so perfect for me and family i really enjoyed being there
