Property Ratings at Dothan Farms
I love living here! There is lots of outdoor space and the community is very private. The mail system is good and I have never had an issues with packages being delivered. Management has good communication and is very quick to respond and take care of any issues.
My daughter and I love living here! Very peaceful, beautiful upgrades, and we enjoy all the activities they have.
I moved to this property in June of 2017 and one of my favorite things about it is how convenient it is to local shops and restaurants. The apartments and grounds are well kept and always look amazing. I’ve never had to wait for any repairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a safe neighborhood and very quiet to be located “in town”.
My fiancé and I love it at Dothan Farms! It’s super quiet and convenient! The area is safe and feels like you’re out of the busy area of Dothan while being minutes away from your favorite restaurants! Would highly recommend to others!
I have only lived at Dothan Farms for a few months, but I feel like I have been here much longer. Everything is kept so clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly. They respond in a timely manner to any needs. I am happy to call Dothan Farms home.!! I highly recommend them..

This complex is one of the best places to live in Dothan. It has all the amenities yoy need and the staff is excellent.
I have lived at Princeton Place/ Dothan Farms Community since June of 2012. I was impressed with the community as soon as I arrived. It had a very appealing home charm. You could tell it was very well taken care of, maintenance at its best. I liked the idea it was a gated community, safety and security are very important. Also, it is a very pet friendly community, it lends a lot for exercising and walking a pet. What a great community for families, kids and pets. My apartment faces the swimming pool. It is very well maintained. I Enjoy the pool and all of its surroundings. The water falls are such a neat touch. This past year the community sold to another company, it is now Dothan Farms. They have added and upgraded quite a lot. The buildings are all painted white. This gives the community a nice southern style charm. They also cleared out a lot of trees and brush. This gives the landscape a nice clean and neat look. They have also upgraded the pool with new furniture, grills, and paint. This gives it a real resort spa look. I really enjoy looking at it and very well pleased. After saying all of this, I really appreciate that the new owners have left all of the management and maintenance in place... They have all been here as long as I have. They have served this community well. They have done a great job and continuing to do so. Safety and security is that I look for in a community, thank you for that.
Dothan farms is an excellent place to live! It’s quite and there are a lot of nature around. The apartment has a good structure and new furnitures.
The management staff was very helpful with the move in process and accommodated all of my request regarding the property. It was a very pleasant experience from day 1.
If you’re looking into renting an apartment here, run to submit an application! Dothan Farms is the first apartment complex I’ve ever rented from and this is by far the best choice I could’ve ever made. The property manager, Emily, was extremely patient and helpful through the entire process, took all my worries away, and happily answered any question I had. Not to mention the complex is beautiful in itself! Everyone down to the neighbors are super friendly and kind. The maintenance crew is very attentive, quick to respond to requests (which you will almost never have!), and detail oriented. I promise you won’t be disappointed if you choose to live here.

I love my new home at Dothan Farms. It’s modern, up to date plank floors, and carpet. Crown molding and granite countertops! Love it all! Also love the maintenance team! this is my partner & i’s first place of our own and we have enjoyed every minute of living here. everyone in the leasing office is extremely helpful/communicative, the maintenance men work fast/efficiently to resolve whatever is going on, and all other tenants have been SO kind to us as well. we have had no issues with noise as far as our surrounding neighbors go- our experience has been super relaxed and quiet. this place is extremely pet friendly. our fur babies thoroughly enjoy the on site dog park! we love getting some sun- rather it’s with them at the dog park, or at the pool enjoying the cold water on a hot day & the outdoor kitchen! highly recommend!
I have lived here for 4 years with my son. I am a single mom and the most important thing to me is feeling safe. We have always felt safe and secure here! The staff is amazing and take pride in the property. It’s an absolutely beautiful property and so peaceful, being of the main road but still the most convenient location. I have had a beautiful pool view for the years I have lived here. I love sitting on my balcony and enjoying the view. I can’t say enough about the staff that makes you feel a real sense of community. I give all the credit in the world to Emily who does a very difficult job with such grace and pride. I credit her for making it an even better place to live by having community events to appreciate residents such as pool parties and food trucks. She is fun and full of positive energy. I actually won a prize at our last pool party. The apartments are beautiful and have awesome, spacious open floor plans. Last but not least our maintenance is top notch! If you need maintenance they are prompt and extremely friendly. Jason has been here a long time and is such a hard worker, along with DeWayne. Jason also lives on the property, so it’s very convenient if you happen to need emergency maintenance. They have a way of making you feel like family. Overall, it’s the best place I have ever lived. To say the least I love living here at Dothan Farms. the layout of my place. the grounds of the property are very well kept, but most important the attentiveness of the team at Dothan Farms. Not to mention everything is NEWLY revamped !

Spacious designs are quality built quiet, central to everything, surrounded by mature trees and a lovely pool. Atmosphere is refined with excellent staff and geared toward relaxed fun and residents' comfort. Neighborhood is safe and surrounding communities are beautiful and gated. We have just signed a lease here recently and the front office is so kind. We've had bad experience with apartment offices in the past and are much more optimistic this time! The units are updated and clean and the community is clean and upkept!
My daughter has been at this apartment complex for 6 years. She moved here straight out of high school 3 1/2 hours away from me and I worried at first but these apartments have been excellent! Gated and apartment manager on site. Never have I considered moving her from there. Apartment managers and maintenance knew she was away from home fresh out of high school and have always been wonderful! The property has always been kept clean and if any maintenance issues came up I never had to worry. This entire staff of this complex always have went above and beyond! I never once considered moving her to any other apartments. If your looking for the best apartments and apartment grounds then this is the one!!
Spacious 3BR apartments feel like a home instead of an apartment. Love the floor plan and quiet setting. Staff is also excellent.
This is my 3rd time living at Dothan Farms and this has by far been the best!! The newly remodeled apartments have such a home feeling! Emily, Jason and their teams always go above and beyond and are always so nice!! If you are looking for a place to rent or live forever this is your place :)
Emily and the Dothan Farms Team have been very warm and welcoming. Emily has been great in keeping contact over the phone and via email, ensuring I had all the documents and information I needed for a smooth move. From getting directions from the lovely maintenance man, to picking up the keys, to setting foot in the apartment for the first time, I have felt at home since I drove through the gate. I look forward to settling all the way in and continue to make this apartment a home.

So many reasons why I love living at Dothan Farms: Safety first and foremost (gated) Prompt maintenance Dog friendly (huge fenced in pond for off leash play time) Affordable rent for the quality of the units (just recently updated as well) Communal events and a pool! Quiet tenants (mostly adults) Trash valet service (this is huge) Location is hard to beat

I would not recommend this apartment complex. The ceilings/walls are paper thin and sound easily carries through. This is made worse when you have a rude/inconsiderate neighbor above. It's terrible at night/morning as at times I will get woken up/startled awake at as early as 3 or 4am and at times they will continue to make noise and keep me awake. My sleep has been terrible since moving in here. There is also a big cell tower right next to the apartment complex and you might even be right next to it depending on what building you are in. There are also little things in the apartment that I normally would overlook however due to the other issues I am not in this case. If you have the money look at some of the other complexes in the area.
Hey there apartment hunters! I highly recommend Princeton Place Apartments because of their friendly service, impeccable location, and beautiful grounds. The maintenance and management folks are top notch! They respond to any needs you have in a timely manner. Princeton Place is located in a central part of Dothan (near Flowers Hospital and Publix) which is super convenient. Lastly, the landscaping and pool are kept up meticulously. I love these apartments and am proud to call them "home."
Wonderful staff beautiful grounds anything broke is fixed immediately lightbulbs replaced even on stove shower head is replaced if you want you own really impressed after living here only 6 months
