Dominion Courtyard Villas

Please consider living somewhere else if you are NOT okay with waking up with a cockroach on your face. The only good part about living here was the maintenance guys. They were always timely, helpful, and kind. However, the front office staff were anything but kind. They were not friendly, did not care about my concerns, told me that cockroaches in my apartment daily were normal and that there was nothing they could do about it. The staff does not care about your safety nor the fact that people come into the complex nightly, rummage through the grass, and threaten you. The gates are nearly always broken and the gym equipment is all outdated. When it breaks, they just remove it instead of replacing it. The inside of the apartment is not luxury and has old laminate. Although the kitchen is tiled, the pantry is not, which really highlights the attitudes of the management to try and “fake” luxury. Do not live here. I have never felt less safe or valued living in an apartment.

IF you move here, set aside money to buy a security camera system. Request to affix a Ring doorbell. Put cameras in your garage and in your residence. You’ll thank me later you did. Shady business.. save yourself some time, look elsewhere.

I have nothing bad to say about this place. Everyone is so nice and really make you feel at home. The grounds are gorgeous, we love taking a walk through our neighborhood. The sugar pine bike trail runs along the property- it’s so convenient. It’s in a wonderful location and they have endless amenities! -JW

I have been a resident at Dominion Courtyard for 6 years. Besides the great events they provide for the residents, they ensure all maintenance needs are attended to quickly. My experience has been the same day, sometimes the same hour when I have requested work in my apartment home. The attention to their residents concerns and needs has made making this my home very easy. The location cannot be beat!
