Love the swimming pool and the spa alot. Would appreciate if the spa is cleaned everyday since leaves keep falling. The clubhouse is very peaceful and neat too. Love the apartment space! Looking forward to continuing staying here!

I am saddened to leave this review as I had a great overall experience living at Domicilio. The location is convenient, the amenities are solid, and day-to-day life in the community was enjoyable. For most of my lease, things went smoothly and I would have been happy to recommend this property. Unfortunately, the move-out process left me incredibly disappointed. My final statement included charges that did not add up correctly, especially with utilities and cleaning fees. Despite my rent payments including utilies, I was still billed again for utilities at move-out. On top of that, the cleaning fee for my one-bedroom was unusually high, with no clear breakdown provided. I returned the apartment in the same condition I received it so it felt unfair to be charged as if the unit required extensive work. I’m not the only one as all of my friends who also lived here (grad students who are extremely clean and responsible) were charged anywhere from \$400–\$800 over their security deposits for “cleaning.” It seems to be a pattern, which makes the move-out process feel more like a way to squeeze extra money from residents (that are mostly students) than a fair accounting of actual costs. I did reach out to management to request clarification and documentation, but it was upsetting that these discrepancies were not caught earlier and addressed. If you are considering living here, know that day-to-day it’s a nice place, but make sure to document your apartment carefully at move-in and move-out, and keep all of your billing records. The community experience is good, but the way move-out charges are handled left me frustrated and disappointed.

It was great - so many great people helping out - it honestly couldn’t be better - I am loving it! The parking is conveying too and it’s great that we are right next to the campus we go to ins Vu. I love all the gym and pool amenities too.

I like this place so much! Nice and quiet! Beautiful landscape! Dog friendly! Girls at the leasing office always nice and kind, help to solve any problem the same moment! Good apartments, prices are too high for existing lease. Try signing a new lease everytime when the lease is about to renew, you’ll save a lot.

I’ve been living at this apartment complex for several months now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The units are spacious and well-maintained, with modern appliances and thoughtful layouts that make day-to-day living comfortable. Domicilio Apartments offers a generally positive living experience. The apartment has a spacious layout with good natural light. The amenities are a definite advantage, especially the resort-style pool and fitness center. The location is convenient, particularly near Santa Clara University and public transportation such as Caltrain. The leasing office staff is friendly and helpful, especially when addressing initial maintenance requests. However, there are some issues with package security in the mailroom because there aren't enough secure lockers. Management could potentially address this to improve the resident experience. I've lived at Domicilio apartments for over 6 months and have greatly enjoyed my experience. The apartments are nicely furnished with modern kitchen appliances, and also come with quiet and convenient in-unit washers and dryers. The complex is clean, safe, and has beautiful landscaping, all of which create the perfect living environment in Silicon Valley.

My experience at Domicilio after six years of living here has been pleasant. However, for me a complete gym is very important. For that reason, I my suggestion is an improve me in the gym. For Calisthenic, or weight lifting.

Level of noise from baseball very high even late evening. Specially building 2 which is i am living, shut. I know nothing you do. The painting is getting better looking. Hope something you can do for elevator room. NOT YET Painting elevators room ! ( Most building painted, but not the elevator.room yet. Carpet from a hallway is filthy. David told me last year. Clean every 3 months. But I haven't seen it yet. I wish you can do something clean up all spot stain in hallway.

My experience so far has been fairly average. The facilities meet basic expectations, but there is room for improvement in terms of upkeep and attention to detail. The staff has been polite, though the level of engagement varied at times. While everything functioned as needed, the overall atmosphere didn’t feel particularly warm or memorable. I appreciate the effort, but I believe there’s potential to make the experience even better.

Cozy and close to Santa Clara University. I can walk to the store, coffee, boba, food, the Hut. The hot tub is warm, the pool is clean, the maintenance is quick. It's nice.

The leasing office staff are not transparent about their policies and communication is often not clear. One of the staff members in particular can be very rude.

Living at Domcilio Apartments is a great experience! They have all the necessary amenities and the complex is very quiet. Rent is a little expensive but it’s pretty standard for the area.

I have been living here for almost 6 months now and I have loved every moment! The gym is incredible, the hot tub is very convenient and the location is perfect. It’s very close to everything and the parking situation is also very ideal.

It’s been good so far. The only concern is rent being super high and managers here do not negotiate at all. I have been trying to stabilize rent as compared to previous year but property managers do not listen and always give explanation “as per market rate” which is not at all true.

The overall experience is very wonderful and awesome. However, the elevator is usually broken. I like the atmospshere of the apartment in Domicillio.

Utmost cleanliness upon move-in, and the gym has a good selection of machines. The landscaping is well done and they are prompt on maintenance requests. Only negative would be that the elevators are out of tune

The Domicilio team is definitely not the kind that treats you well when they’re selling you on the place, only to ignore you after you sign the lease. I really love the communication the staff of Domicilio has. During the move in process, I called the office quite a few times, but always had answers to my questions every phone call. The amenities have been incredible as well.

It's been good, only thing though is rent is pretty high and they don't accept the request to lower the rent or keep it same as of previous year which still was pretty high given the job market is this bad.

Comfortable apartment building! Good location, spacious apartments. You can tell it's a little bit older and the elevator in building one (where my apartment is located) keeps breaking. Second time living here, it's solid

The gym is nice and the staffs are nice too. The sink is no working properly sometimes but overall I like this place a lot. Will defiantly recommend others to live here.

Roomy, clean, and homey! What else can you ask for? Right across from SCU, walkable neighborhood, it's perfect. I use the hot tub almost daily!

Mixed experience so far. The first 8 months were great. But after that we had some issue with the AC unit and it took months and multiple maintenance requests to get it resolved. It was not ideal as we had to go through it in peak summer weather. The lift is one sore point of Domicilio. It is slow and requires frequent maintenance. It takes the convenience out of living in a multistory building.
