It was good until I was placed in a roach infested apt. These apartments tend to flood from the ceiling a-lot. Needs renovations and contractors who actually take their work serious and actually repair these apartments after someone has moved out. The staff are nice in the office especially Karson. I know they don’t have control over the property and are just doing their job.

My experience here isn’t what I was expecting. I was hoping the new people whom came in, would get things up to part. The amenities at this complex isn’t worth paying for . The gate stays open people are able to walk or drive thru . The outsiders are starting to tamper with residents cars. I don’t feel safe here and I feel the property manager doesn’t care. I’m starting to see a lot people move out at night. It may be lack of payments or just hate they resigned the lease again . New owners and nothing has changed for the better.

Management does not answer all emails nor respond when you put a maintenance request in. We’re moved in, in April and our dish washing machine has mold and sitting water. A complaint was made in email, in person and a ticket has been put in. This is unsanitary And harmful

This Place Is a Headache

I cant recommend this place to someone who expects it to match what they promise on the website. This place is wanna be luxury. At move in my apartment was dirty and not fully finished with renovations. I have been a resident here for some time now and I have seen a lot. At first management seemed to care and all was good but then things took a turn, especially lately. Many of the new residents that have moved in are ghetto, I smell weed throughout the day and see people hanging out smoking. Lets not even talk about when some of the residents have sketchy visitors over. I have seen residents walk around looking into peoples backyard patios (contractors take a peek in also if your blinds are open), walking dogs who leave poop, letting their pitbulls run off the leash, residents walking around with guns etc. I have also seen other pet animals like rabbits just roaming as if this place is a zoo. The gate is broken often. My car has been burglarized twice, I have neighbors who have had parts stolen from their cars. (Imagine you come to your car in the morning to go to work and the engine is missing parts.) We all reported it to management but nothing has been done, they have a courtesy police officer now but he nor any security is ever seen patrolling the place when any of these crimes go down. Local police have even acknowledged the issue, but its really up to management. Amazon packages have gone missing, once someone stole my package only to find the box empty because someone already stole the package. The grounds aren't well kept compared to other rental properties, for example when they cut the grass and trees they just leave it on the ground. Residents throw food and trash over their patios and it sits for days until someone passes by to clean it. Maintenance is ok they come as quickly as they can but aren't given much to work with, the buildings here are old and they mostly just patch stuff up to get you by, then it beaks again. Pest control tries but the roaches, worms etc. keep coming. Valet trash barely picks up your garbage and the garbage compactor breaks down often leading to piles of stinky garbage with rats running in it. Some buildings also have plumbing issues, one day after a heavy rain there was sewage backing up in the parking lot. My neighbors in other buildings had toilets backed up and backup coming out the tub. Oh and there is a mold issue, you can smell it when your air conditioning runs and mold grows on the walls

DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!

If i could give this apartment complex zero star I would. DO NOT, I Repeat DO NOT move here. I wont even start with the issues i had just dealing with the leasing office to move into my apartment. The gate is always broken and has been broken for months. the entrance gate is now left open and as I'm typing this the exit gate is broken as well. the trash compactor has been broken for weeks and it is broken every other month. ALL 4 WHEELS OF MY CAR WERE STOLEN, AND THE CATALYTIC CONVERTER OFF MY SUV WAS STOLEN ALL WITHIN THE FIRST 3 MONTHS OF 2022. THE PRICE OF RENT IS NOT WORTH IT!! Do not let the pictures on the website full you, the apartments are not as upgraded as they let you believe. IF you care about you and your family safety move SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!

If this is only based on maintenance, I would recommend this community as they are fast friendly and efficient. I would NOT because half of the issues I've had should have been addressed before I moved in. (Though that is not the fault of Lincoln but the previous owners)
