Domain is locating close to freeway and a lot of great restaurants. Their staff is friendly and helpful. As many big complex, the residents are the one who need to step up and taking their own responsibilities. Don't blame on the team to pick up after residents. Alex has been super helpful from the very start. He helped us with the apartment tour and through the paperwork for signing our lease back in December 2023. When we had clarifying questions, Alex was there to make sure we understood everything. Throughout our first year staying at Domain, it has been amazing. When we run into trouble whether it's with Luxer or a couple service requests, Alex takes care of it. Recently, he helped us with renewing our lease. Honestly, if it wasn't for Alex, we wouldn't be at Domain!

Living at Domain Apartments has been wonderful. I love the location of it and how it's close to everything else. Target being walking distance is nice especially if we need something quick. The hwy being close by where we can head to Milpitas Ranch or Calaveras area within minutes is amazing. Management here is super friendly. We met Alex when we first toured the apartments back in December 2023. He helped us when we signed the lease and also renewed recently. We run into him sometime in the garage and always have a nice talk and catch up session. I don't think we would've have chose Domain Apartments if it wasn't for Alex being there from the get go. We really appreciate him and encourage future renters to ask for him when you tour the place!

It is a great place to stay. Gated community with Parking and amenities. Unique townhouse floor plans. Very helpful staff ?? Irving was in constant touch and answered all our concerns timely.
Worst apartments ever along with the staff and some very inconsiderate residents. Vivian and her staff don’t act on any service request or complaints. They just give you the same answer, “we’re looking into it.” You’ll get a service request resolved maybe a month or two later. Our dryer was ripping our clothes and they brought a a used one and we found a cockroach. Where does all my money go if everything here is broken and dirty. Building 2, 4th floor is disgusting. Spend some money and clean the carpets, turn on the ac or something for some airflow. Gym equipment is broken. Hot tub is broken. Cars are still getting broken into. This place is a mess. Residents here also have zero respect. They let their dogs poop in the hallways and don’t clean it up or they leave full poop bags in the trash in the lobby. Seriously? My new favorite is the trash room. Oh boy. People making 100k+ and they can’t even throw out trash properly. Don’t let the positive reviews fool you. Stay far far far away.

We have been living in Domain for almost two years, we come to love the environment and neighbors at our first sight. But the management team stuffs disappoint us one after one, which make us can not understand them any more. 1. During 2014, on the first month of our move in. My apartment was broke in, I almost lost all of my valuable stuffs, two cameras and lens, Mac, including all my important documents including passport! There are no signs of break in the window or doors broken. I suspect the case may be conducted by the interior management team who has the keys. When I report the issue, none of the stuffs shows their attention on my loss. I even never got any apologies or any reimbursement till now. 2. My parcel was missing at least three or four times within one month. I argue with agent in the office, they were still rude to us as usual. They didn't care about you at all, shows no actions to improve to the issue. Always ask me to handle with the post office or the seller by myself. I can say this is the worst apartment management I ever met. 3. Noise from very early in the morning. They hired one person to lawn every time some big people come to visit the community. They want to show their clean and tidy environment to the upper management. But never consider about the residency feeling. Still when we come to complain about the noise. They told this is routine clean. But we all know it only happens when some people will come on that day. What makes me crash and decided to leave Domain is my car got towed at my own community. I parked the car after business hours during Sat afternoon, and since Sunday is raining heavily I didn't drive the car. But when I came to drive car on Monday morning, I found my disappeared without any of the notice. I almost got mad when I talked to the Domain management team, they felt no sorry for it and just let me go for dealing all of this. Why not they even give any notice to their own residency, why not they show any support to help fix the problem. So many cars park in the community which not belong to the residency, why not they show their warning to guests but to the residency. I have to say, please don't be deluded when the stuff tour you the Domain community with their kindness and smile. When you decide to move in, their attitude will change so huge, they will be rude to you and never care about your feelings and your complain. To myself, It's a pity I have to leave the beautiful community. But it has to
First month we moved in we had a burglary. I am not sure apartment guys took care of changing the lock before handing over keys to next tenants. The leasing office guys almost never pick up the phone and even after leaving messages on voice mail, they never bother to call you back. You miss paying rent by one day, there is around 100$ fine which there is no way to revert it back. I have usually seen they revert the late payment fee in customer interest. The service is horrible and I would highly not recommend it! Definitely changing my apartment next year! Pros: Morden looking and good amenities. But cons definitely outweigh pros
I have been at the Domain apartments for almost two years now and it is probably one of the best apartments I have ever rented. It is clean, modern, staff is very helpful and it is close to everything. The gym and pool area are probably my favorite and I was able to cancel my Golds gym membership because of the facilities at the Domain. As for the apartment itself, it has gas stoves and all of the appliances are brand new.
If I didn't have two kids the sleek narrow galley kitchen leading into our small but bright living room would be perfect. I wouldn't have to side two high chairs to open then blinds to our 10ft window looking over a very clean and modern courtyard. If I didn't have two kids climbing the two flights of stairs to the roof top deck would be breeze and what a great place to relax. What I am trying to get at is the 2 bdr 2 bath town home at Domain is a great apartment with modern clean touches but there really isn't enough room if you have kids. Also if you need handicap access or use a stroller all the time this property isn't really layed out the best for that. At least in the building I live in. The office staff is friendly and maintenance is pretty on top of things.
