I really enjoy living here and that fact that we are right next to the lake! I also enjoy the little restaurants and workout studios that are right below us!

My resident experience has been great at Dockside. The amenities have been great from the gym to the pool. A new study spot that is also great is Coyote Coffee.

Like it here. New room with a lake view is great, finally retail is opening up so there are places to eat and things to do. Would like if the brewery finally opened, or a place to grab a beer and watch sports and have some bar food

Love the community the people are very nice! The view on the lake is great perfect for tanning and swimming. The amenities are really nice and there is a lot you can do.

I thoroughly enjoyed my resident experience at Dockside. As a senior who just graduated in May 2025, I don't think my college experience would be the same without my home away from home! It was hard to say goodbye and close this chapter of my life.

I love dockside! That’s really all that needs to be said. The community is amazing with pet friendly amenities that make the experience truly one of one. With the expansion of shops outside the living areas, the lifestyle will only improve over the coming years, likely growing into a university staple. If your looking for a place to live, I would highly recommend checking dockside out.

Very helpful and accommodating! The staff are helpful when signing the lease and offered a nice tour to us. They stuck to their word about pricing and were very nice.

Was good the first year. It’s definitely been continuing to go downhill since then. The cleanliness of the common spaces, friendless of the staff, and quality of the maintenance repairs have all sadly gone down. It could be such a great place to live.

It’s been pretty good here! Staff is really nice. Just wish our flooring could be redone and that the hallways were kept cleaner!! Hallways are the biggest issue!

Dockside is located in a great place very central to a lot of things around. The pool is a nice area to hang out and the study rooms are great to have too. However, there could be better communication between the workers and the residents.

I liked my living space overall, however maintenance on comunal areas, such as the parking garage, was never done in a timely manner. The floor boards in our apartment were absolutely horrible for only being a couple years old. There was hardly any sense of community at Dockside which is crazy considering the location. I went to 3 events and roughly 10-20 people showed up each time.

I haven’t moved in yet but so far everything has been positive. The apartments look great and the leasing process was easy. Hopefully the move in process will be the same.

The rooms are amazingly furnished and the food options on-site are amazing. I love living by the water. Also, the gym is nice and usually not supper crowded. The prices are reasonable. Dockside apartments are very nice!

It is a good place to live while in college. Beautiful views with an easy route to campus. Live music in the courtyard is a plus! The amenities are incredible.

I love living here but there are definitely some major flaws. There is a lack of communication between management and residents. There was also the issue with the fire alarms. I hope yall can get this sorted out before next year.

My roommates and I have had poor experiences at dockside. The parking garage never seems to be fixed, we’ve had a girl move in when they never told us so she showed up at 10pm without us knowing what she was doing, they left throw up on the ground for 5 days after I had called after 1 day of it being there so they never cleaned it up, there was trash spoiling in the hallway which they did not pick up even after calling 3 times, we paid a technology fee when moving in then never received the password to our wifi for 2 months until I had to call to ask for the password, and lastly we went to a thanksgiving event at the leasing office where we got there 5 min after it started then the food was already all gone because the staff at the leasing office took first picks at the food eating it all before residents arrived. Overall I would never recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

Not a great place to live. Has a lot of issues. The fire alarms constantly are a major issue that has been disrupting to my life. My girlfriend has been treated poorly

Overall, I give dockside a 5/5. Most of my problems are minor and I have not experienced anything like a few years ago. I have a lake front view and balcony and it is gorgeous. The staff are also very nice and timely with handling concerns.

The amenities are great! I love being right on the lake and having access to the pool and grill area. I also love being so close to YourPie and Hotworx.

Absolutely love living here, right on the lake, and having shops right below. The maintenance is great, never had an issue. New appliances that work great. The bus that takes you to campus is one of the best things here.

Good location and amenities. Solid living plan for college with nice sized apartments. I like the food locations within dockside making it easy to walk to anywhere you need to. The busses are very reliable and good.

i like living at dockside, but sometimes it is too loud at night when i trying to sleep. my maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner.

Not well maintained and very disorganized. Unfortunate because it could be a great place. The hallways are always dirty and it’s being rented out as airbnb which makes it feel less safe for residents in my opinion

I love living at dockside! It is a beautiful complex with several great amenities. The workers are extremely helpful with any potential questions and learn the names of their residents.

My resident experience here has not been the best at all. If I’m being honest the front office people are mostly college students and don’t ever care to actually make a difference. Hopefully, next year they get some adults in there.

The views are beautiful and amenities are so nice as a student. Perfect for studying, relaxing, and get together with families and friends. Very enjoyable place.

Me and my roommates have had several issues while living here for the past year and a half. First, we were placed with a random roommate who was older, out of college, and would bring several random guys back to the apartment each day (possibly for money). This roommate also had a kitten which she would leave in her room for days at a time continuously meowing and tearing up the carpet. The worst part of this besides animal neglect on my random roommates part, is that one of my other roommates is allergic to cats and when this was brought to the attention of dockside management all they said was that she should have indicated she was allergic in her roommate preference form but there was nothing they could do now. Eventually this random roommate was evicted due to not paying her rent, but dockside management did not care about our health or safety one bit. All they care about is money. Also, there was a leak in one of my roommates rooms due to snow on the roof and this leak caused irreparable damage to her computer. We thought Dockside would cover at least some of the expenses for her to receive a new computer because we have insurance, but they did not cover the cost of her computer due to the damages caused by their faulty roof and on top of that, were extremely rude to her when she went in to the office to ask. Overall, I would just not live here. They have been nothing but rude and unhelpful to me and my roommates.

I love this place! Would recommend to anyone looking for housing. Has create employees, keep the area pretty clean and really engage with the residents.

Love it here although the communication with residents could be much improved. Love all the amenities and the apartment itself is very nice.

I love the community of Dockside and all of the amenities. There is always so much to do and the lake is right next to it. The staff is very friendly and helpful and make living here fun.

Very nice and modern apartments. At first, there was issue with the fire alarm system but it got fixed. It's more quiet at night which is a plus

The staff are very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is very nice and well-maintained. The community offers many unique amenities. There are so many good study spots and hangout spots around the community that make it perfect for college students.

In general, all the amenities are wonderful and everything is very clean. I love the events/activities they host throughout the month. I also think the staff in the front office are very nice.

Super nice location. Quiet, and very clean. The parking garage is nice, and convenient. I think the valet trash services are very nice as well.

Very nice place to live, moving in was very easy and has lots of good amenities. I really like having the bus drive and pick us up from campus daily.

I really have enjoyed my experience so far. There have been many great things from the living area to the amenities. We had almost no trouble at all moving in.

I love the community and amenities that come with living at Dockside. The apartments are very nice and updated. There is a lot to do around the area, especially being on the lake.

The environment and atmosphere is really nice, but the relay of information is lacking. When you ask questions they don’t seem to complete the task like they say they are. I personally had to ask for an email to be sent to me 3 times and still never received one. Other than that the people are super sweet and the amenities are really nice. The key to only access the doors and your door is a nice feature as well.

I personally have really enjoyed dockside so far as a resident. I love all the amenities that come with this apartment building. Being near the lake is probably one of my most favorite parts of living here at dockside.

I recently moved into Dockside and have had a great experience so far. The units are modern, spacious, and well-maintained, with high-quality finishes and appliances. The management team is responsive and friendly, always willing to address concerns or maintenance requests quickly. The amenities are a major plus—there’s a beautiful pool, well-equipped fitness center, and a communal lounge that makes it easy to socialize with neighbors. The location is ideal, close to shopping, dining, and public transportation, yet still quiet enough for a peaceful living environment. Parking is convenient, and security measures like gated access provide extra peace of mind. The only downside is that rent prices are on the higher side, but considering the quality and services offered, it’s well worth it. I highly recommend this complex to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to live!

Dockside was great; my only issue was the noise trying to sleep while facing the highway, and I felt that the hallways and stairwells were always messy

It’s really nice here, the only complaint I have is how much I can hear my neighbors above me and beside me. And how there isn’t a lot of parking for guests anymore since the Big Boy lot closed. I’m hoping they allow more parking in the bottom of the garage soon.

It’s been really great so far. Love the convenient location, restaurants, and amenities. The staff is always helpful and friendly. Definitely would recommend to a friend.

Love it at Dockside! The amenities are awesome and the location is perfect! I love the modern style of the apartment and that I am able to have my own room and bathroom.

Living here the past 2 years has been great. I’m so happy I took the risk and got to live here with my best friends enjoying what’s around. The staff is always kind as well

At first it was rocky when the apartments were just built but as time went on I have really enjoyed living at dockside. I love being able to walk on my balcony and see the lake and just walking distance to swim in the lake.

Living at Dockside has been nothing short of a good time. There is never a shortage of things to do, from the pool to the tanning bed to the docks. Not to mention the friendly and helpful staff.

While I have not lived here yet, the staff and property manager have been incredibly kind and helpful. I am very excited to live here next year and get to know everyone better.
