The neighborhood of Taku, sometimes called Campbell, is located about five miles south of Downtown Anchorage. With tree-lined streets, mountain views, and several lakes and parks, Taku exemplifies the natural beauty Alaska is known for. These units have everything you could ask for in condo living! Floorplans are well laid out to maximize storage and flow, yet still maintain an attention to architectural detail. Second bathroom in the 2 bedroom units is a huge plus! In-unit washer and dryers make doing laundry a breeze. Secure, heated parking available is a dream during the winter months. The mountain views are incredible and the location can't be beat; neighborhood is safe and just minutes to restaurants, movie theater, mall, or the highway to get out of town for the weekend. I would definitely recommend to any one looking for quality rental accommodations in Anchorage!
