Just moved in. Easy process and so far so good! The staff were very kind
If your heater goes out I hope you enjoy freezing for a couple weeks. AC goes out I hope you enjoy sweating for a month. Getting anything fixed is like pulling teeth from this crummy, worthless company.
We have lived here for almost 8 months and we really enjoy it. The community is decent, the duplex is wonderful, and the office staff is usually helpful. We had some issues with the office staff when we first moved in but it has gotten much better. The yard is taken care of for us and they do cute things semi regularly for the kids like when Santa was up at the office. The negatives are that the pool is almost always closed due to vandalism, not all of the homes over here are owned by Grassano so not everyone's yard is kept up which impacts the way the neighborhoods looks, and our car gor broken into once (we keep nothing in there so nothing was missing).
I loved having a garage, dyer & washer hook ups plus my own bathroom. But every time I had an interaction with the management it was just awful. I had too many problems to count.
The staff has been phenomenal! Area is quiet, clean, and overall just great. I highly recommend Lynnwood to anyone.
The management of the properties is terrible. They have absolutely zero book keeping skills. And they are only concerned about one thing and that’s money. Don’t stay here. Ever! Your wallets will never forgive you. Don’t even deserve a star

The living is great, the unit is nice and the amenities are fine. We have been with them a year now. We did not deal with the Lynnwood management staff for the whole year as the management group we dealt with bought out Lynnwood. We have had a few issue here and there although the big one was renewing our lease. Good luck getting them to contact you back.

I have live at Lynnwood Townhome Apartments now for 1.5 years and absolutely love it! The leasing staff listens to your needs and try to make sure they are met. I asked for an area that was more quite and had more families versus college students and I really feel like they took that into consideration. Even though they are town homes, they really feel like a real house. The layouts are great and very spacious. The amount of square footage you get for the monthly rate is awesome! The staff also completes work orders quickly and are always very courteous. We have 2 cats and they always call before coming over and seem aware of the situation and have never had an accidental escape. They were also really flexible with the pet deposit and didn't require it all at the time of move in. It helped keep our cost down for move in and was able to make payments. Plus there is no monthly pet rent which I think is ridiculous. Another bonus is the internet a cable is FREE!! You do have to pay the other utilities, water here is not free. We have been able to add onto the existing free cable service with Suddinlink and have been very please with the speed and service they provide. I have not peen to the pool that is available to the residents, but I'm sure it's just as great. Overall, if you want a nice, quite, and spacious place to live, then this is the place for you.
