A large L-shaped living and dining area provides plenty of room in our one-bedroom condominium apartments. 1-Bed Condominiums with 1,101 to 1,215 square feet (inc. garage) from $2400. All units have been newly remodeled! New cabinets & countertops in kitchens and baths. Matching bronze or brushed nickel lighting fixtures throughout. Large windows in the bedroom and living areas. All apartments are freshly painted before move-in. All units have a gas oven & stove with a lighted hood with a vented & lighted fan, dishwasher, refrigerator & freezer, and washer & dryer in the unit. Private patios for all 2-level two-bedroom townhouse apartments and 1st-floor one-bedroom condominium apartments. Barbecues are permitted. LEASE TERMS: Minimum one-year lease, flexible month-to-month thereafter, and ability to renew. New Tenant Fee (1/2 month's rent - paid one time only the first year), Association Renewal Fee ($250 for a 1-bedroom or $300 for a 2-bedroom - paid annually starting with the 2nd year's term).
