I’ve lived here over 2 years. Any time I’ve ever had a problem where I needed the Maintenance team (which is not often), they get the issue resolved right away. Always courteous and personable. These guys are the best!!!! One of the reasons I love living here.

In October my car was stolen from Diamond Lakes in broad daylight and management was absolutely no help nor concerned AT ALL. There is no type of security driving around the property neither is there security cameras around the complex. Not only was my car stolen there has also been a number of car break ins as well. They do not take the safety and security of their tenants serious at all.

I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to live! The pool area is very nice and the staff is amazing. Ms.Cheryl, has been so kind. She works with you, and is great with communicating. She always does her best to respond for any questions or concerns, even after the office is closed. I am very impressed with the professionalism and customer service. This place goes above and beyond for their residents.

Mr paul is a great assest to Diamond lake team. Diamond Lakes is very blessed to have Mr Paul. The whole team and staff is truly amazing. They are always there to help me and accommodate all my needs. I am just truly glad I am able to live in a peaceful environment like Diamond lakes. Anytime something is wrong Mr Paul gets the job done and assures me if I need anything else to let him know. He truly goes above and beyond.

I know a few people who currently live in Diamond Lakes and I have taken notice of the well kept environment that the apartment complex presents. In my opinion the apartment complex is very nice and I’d highly recommend it.
Mr. Paul and Mr. Allen always comes through when we need an emergency fix or just for something to get looked at, very courteous and their just simply kind, generous people, looking forward to see their faces more as we stay in these beautiful complexes
I visited Diamond Lakes with my brother and it was beautiful Kylie showed us a upstairs unit. She had great information about activities for the children and small events that go on at the property. This is definitely the property for us!
Move in was quick and easy with Ashley’s help. My single bedroom apartment is spacious and was very clean for move in. Plus the location is great! I would recommend living at diamond lakes.

Diamond Lakes is a beautiful, safe, and convenient place to live. I have been living here for nearly a year now and have had minimal issues with staff and maintenance. Management is great and all staff members that I have come in contact with have been very polite. I love that there is a pond with ducks. I feel like I am lucky to live in such a great place at such an affordable price.
At first, I was a little worried if this apartment would look different from the pictures since I was moving from Illinois all the way to Louisiana. But when I moved-in, I did not get disappointed at all. The place was just like the pictures, and somehow the virtual measurement which helps you measure your floor plan was pretty accurate. There are maintenance guys walking around the complex picking up trash every morning, and they will help fix your apartment right away if you request any urgent maintenance. I love my neighbors, they are all very friendly. They watched out for me when the hurricane Laura made her landfall here. I'm glad that this place didn't get flooded at all, I guess that the drainage system worked its way out and the lake here kind of helped store most of the excessive rain. Besides of that, you can easily find a shady spot to park your car in the hot weather since there are quite a lot of trees here. The only few things that are not as great are that due to covid-19, the pool and the gym are not opened. Otherwise, I would have gone there quite a lot. Also, this place does not come with a microwave, this website does not say it right here.
Location is great & the price is affordable! Unfortunately, the management here is by far the worst I’ve ever experienced! If I had a choice I would give them no ratings at all! Manager here has no communication, very rude & disrespectful! Anyone who has lived here in the past year would also agree! Honestly, I wasn’t going to waste my time in writing this review! But someone has to speak up & let the truth be known & hopefully they can resolve the issue by getting a NEW MANAGER!
Apartments are in a good location and some are remodeled with affordable prices which attracted me to sign a lease. However, the office is a mess and NOT organized! Expect rent to be lost and have to prove you paid when system crashes. I had an issue and spoke to three different people who all said they would check with manager and never heard back! Had to physically go in a get someone to help after being put off for weeks!
Its a nice and serene place to live in. However, read your lease before signing. Take note of the 13 month lease agreement they try to sneak in your lease after you agree on a 12 month lease with them. I came for a 1 year or 12 month lease. little did i know that in the lease document I signed they had snuck an extra 1 month in there making my lease 13 months. They lied to me all of them in that office and for that they should all be ashamed of themselves.
Diamond lakes in the place to live. Office crew is always available and very nice, apartments are great and common areas well maintained. The whole complex is quiet and also family friendly. Highly recommended !

This was the worst experience I ever had. Lived there 6 months. Dishwasher flooded the kitchen, AC broke in the middle of June. Toilet never worked properly, carpet needed to be changed before I moved I’m but wasn’t. There was even an incident with a mouse getting in the apartment and my apartment was always clean.
I have been living here for over a year& my experience has been great! The office staff and maintenance staff are very friendly and courteous! The grounds are nicely kept and safety has been a non issue! Dedicated owners who strive to provide excellent customer service. Enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, the conveniences of living in the middle of town. Close to everything... quiet... beautiful surroundings... LOVE THIS COMPLEX!
It was hard to move back home to Lafayette. The swamps and the coolies do not look like mountains and snow and ice. But I found my apartment using apartments.com on my computer and chose Diamond Lakes Apt. They leasing person was sincere and helpful in seeing that I had all the information I needed to make a decision. I did swap several flocks of wild Canadian Geese for our Dozen mallard and white ducks that occasionally get out of the water and parade around on our grounds. The entire complex is maintained very well. In the two years I have been here I have had one emergency where the renter up over my apartment let the water in their washing machine run over and turned my dining area in to Niagara Falls. I called the night number and the technician was here in less than 30 minutes. The staff is very courteous and compassionate. It is a pleasure to walk in the outdoor areas. There is a lot of shade from the large oak trees. The apartment complex is close to a large grocery store, Walgreen, regional hospital and large variety of restaurants. This is home and I am planting my roots deeper in this renewal period.
