This is a great place to live. I enjoyed living here for 2 years.
great place to live if you have a dog and want to live close to everything (beach, airport, restaurants, freeway, schools, mountains, amusement parks, entertainment, etc.). You are just close enough to get to the beach in less than 10 minutes or want to get to Hollywood or an amusement park in around 45 minutes. The ammenities inside the apt are modern and the management are proactive maintenance of the property. The pools are large, sparkling and clean. The recreation room and theater are easily accessible and can be reserved for private parties. The parking is a little awkward due to it being underground and in tandem, so so you need to coordinate with your the people you live with if one of you have parked behind one another. The mgmt is nice and friendly and easy to work with.
This basic apartment has all of the basics that you would need. It’s not super fancy and does not come with all the extra bells and whistles but it is more affordable.
Very beautiful.

This is a great basic apartment to be living in. Basic room and basic environment.
Excellent pool and play area for Kids.Nice location to relocate and commute is fine as well to city.
I am pleased with this apartment and would recommend it to others as well.
I am happy to live here being 5 years now and I had no problem
The dog park at this property is very nice and my dog loves running around with other dogs and playing
