Good place close to grocery stores
Our apartments, Dakota Estates, are through Dakota Commercial and they are well maintained. The hallways are well taken care of and I love that we have a heated garage to keep my car warm in the winter months. I also love that we have our own washer and dryer in the unit. We are close to Walmart, Sams, and Hugos which is a plus! They are friendly and great to work with. We definitely recommend them to anyone.

Good place to live
It is good and clean. Workers are friendly and it is quiet.
