The property is very clean and the ladies in the office are awesome! You will love living here!

The bedroom fits a king size bed. I can have my dresser in there, too. The closets are big. The windows are new and I get a lot of light in my home this way. Those are some nice features that I have that I didn't see listed on the other reviews so I wanted to mention that.

The office staff is very knowledgeable, kind and helpful. The maintenance team is always quick to respond to work requests. This property is always so clean and seems to be well kept. The location is so close to everything from shopping to restaurants. What more could you ask for?

I really enjoyed the ladies in the office. They were very helpful and professional. This location is great!! I am right down from several places to eat and the Jefferson Mall, plus Gene Synder and Watterson Expressway.

Very helpful with questions, was very down to earth about the apartments which are amazing! Good look for a starter! Plan to move in ASAP! Location isn’t bad, very kind ladies in the office who helped with every question today, bonded over some lifestyles! Got some tips! Very nice environment so far and it was only the tour!

I have been here for over 10 years. We are leaving the country heading to Ecuador. I love living here and knowing the office staff. It makes me sad to leave. My mother is also very sad and has been crying. We have such appreciation for you and will remember our time here. Thank you.

The neighbors have been very nice. Seems like a lot of people here have lived here a very long time. I met quite a few friendly neighbors that say they have lived here over 10 years. The apartment is pretty and feels like home. I think I am getting a good value because it is cheap enough for me to be able to save to buy a house in the next couple of years which is my goal. New windows have helped me save on utilities. Very bright at night which I like. Big bedrooms and living room. I like that the police station is diagonally across the street. The office cleaned my carpets for me and that was really nice. I recommend Derby Run Apartments.

A maintenance man went above and beyond wha I would've expected them to do. After the recent snow here, he came over and wiped the snow off my car windows so I could leave. He was very pleasant. I am glad to know I live somewhere that is maintained by caring people.

These new windows are AWESOME!! I am beyond excited that this happened before the winter! They have already proven beneficial. Thanks again! I simply love these apts.

I recently renewed my lease for 18 months here. I wouldn't have considered my unit to be outdated, but they are still doing some nice things that I appreciate to the apartments. We are getting new windows this coming month (and he whole property is over the next couple months. This makes me so happy and I can see that they continually do things to keep this place going up and nice and livable.

IVE LIVED AT MY APARTMENT FOR MORE THAN 30YRS. I CAME TO STAY HERE BECUASE OF LOCATION. CLOSE TO MY JOB AND BUS AND I LIKE THE STORES AND FOOD THAT ARE CLOSE. I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD STILL BE IN SAME APARTMENT ALL THIS TIME LATER , BUT I WILL NOT MOVE. THIS IS MY HOME. THEY KNOW ME HERE AND TAKE CARE OF ME. ALWAYS FIX THINGS FAST WHEN I ASK ALWAYS RESPOND PROMPTLY. MY NEEDS ARE ALWAYS ATTENDED TO WHEN I NEED. I KNOW NO APARTMENTS ARE PERFECT BUT PEOPLE HERE ARE DESCENT AND MOSTLY NICE. I HAVE QUIET NEIGHBOORS THAT LEAVE ME IN PEACE TO WATCH MY GIANTS PLAY FOOTBALL. IM RETIRED NOW AND IM HAPPY TO SPEND TIME AT HOME.

Pleasantly surprised with our experience adjusting from owning homes to suddenly renting an apartment. I hate saying it but my wife and I were really dreading apartment life, but because our home sold much quicker than expected, we were left with no other choice to find housing and fast! Derby Run has been very accommodating. We were closing on our house soon and the manager worked hard to make sure that our apartment was ready on the exact date we needed to move. Since moving in about a week ago, my wife and I couldn't be happier. We thought apt life was going to be a challenge, but we couldn't have been more wrong. The apartment is great, very clean. We are surprisingly very comfortable in our apartment. We just want to show our appreciation for the office making our last-minute, stressful move so much easier than we ever expected.

Moved here over a year ago. Decidin to renew my lease. The place is easy on my wallet, and i havent had to expeience any real issues. Pretty good service these guys give. The wife flushed some things down the toilet that she shouldnt nd they were over within the hour to fix it. They got it together

I love living here and the location is just great for me. The patio and half bath are my favorites!

I'm getting a lot for my money at Derby Run, which for most apartments is not always the case. It is an ok neighborhood, with lots of trees and space plus a nice pool. I like the easy floor plan is well laid out and makes the most of space. There is usually no vacancy here, so it obviously has a lot to offer to this area. It just depends on what is available at the time you wish to move. I had to wait but it was well worth it and I plan to be here a long time! And the staff is super super nice and courteous. They go out of their way to make moving in as pleasant and hassle-free as possible. Lots of open grassy areas for dogs.

I believe the apartment complex overall is very nice. They keep the apartment complex outer areas nice. The apartments are a nice size especially the three bedroom. The down side is the pool is very nice but it doesn't stay open long enough for all tenants to enjoy. But overall it's a nice place to live.

Well since i have to write a review on my apartment before i can even use this website, and which i think sucks, but my apartment just Sucks its old and dated period point blank.
