    DO NOT LIVE HERE

    This place is a joke. From dirty floors and broken appliances when i moved in, to never changing the air filters, to cheap furniture that breaks easily to make it look like your fault, you name it. Do NOT rent here. On top of that, if you like playing games, watching movies or doing literally anything involving wifi at all, this is not the place for you. The wifi used to be usable, i don’t know if they just took the super cheap route when they renewed their service or what, but it is borderline unusable most days. I cannot WAIT until my lease is up.

    Dirty, Unreliable, Poor Management

    I lived in Derby Row for 9 months and it was the worst experience. On the first night there, they towed my car after never giving me a parking pass despite giving one to my roommate who moved in 30 minutes before me. While living there, my dryer was broken for 6 weeks and I wasn't given a credit. My apartment also didn't have hot water for a week and when they came to fix it, they broke my shower where the water was running for three days straight. Once fixed, my shower would never get hotter than lukewarm. Additionally, in the last month of living there, there was a mouse infestation and not much was done to combat the mice until a month after I'd moved out. When I renewed my lease, the rent went up over $100 without warning. After moving out, I was told we could work out a payment plan for my balance after having someone take over my lease. I called and emailed multiple times with no response and when I would show up to the office during hours, there was no one there. The time I could get someone on the phone, I was told they'd call me back and they never did. My balance has since been sent to collections who can't seem to locate the account. This complex is a mess and the staff doesn't know what they're doing. If you're looking for a decent place to live, find any other student housing complex.

    Poor Mangement and Improper towing of cars

    This place looked so good when we toured it in May. My Daughter moved in July, she has not had a functioning AC and it is Mid September. We bought her 3 M filters for the AC and it turns black in two weeks (ac moves air but doesn't cool) Today she walked out to the garage and they towed a bunch of resident's cars. Her's being one of the cars towed. They paid for the towing bill, but she missed class this morning. There is trash all over the property, where residents don't take it to the trashcompacter. Just say no to this place.
