Della Vita Apartments

I have lived here for over 4yrs and never had an issue with getting things repaired. I have lived here 4yrs the only thing I have had rep[aced is the dishwasher. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful when needed. The Staff was there for me when my wife passed away, what other apartment management would do that for you. They even worked we me when I had a financial issue. I would extremely recommend Della Vita Apartments to anyone that wants a friendly and family place to live.

The staff here has amazing customer service skills and every resident I’ve met has been nice. One of my neighbors even helped me carry in heavy boxes when I was moving in. It’s quiet and we haven’t had an issues. It’s our first month and we’re already happy. -Kaylyn D

I’m a new resident, but I love it so far! The apartment was nice and clean when I arrived and the employees have been nothing but helpful with getting me moved in in under a week from the time I saw the apartment til I was moving in! Morgan Parrish

If your looking for a great place to live this may be it!! Oh goodness, I`m not even sure where to begin. Let me start with, The staff, at the complex they will always seems to go above and beyond in helping you with any issues that may arise or any questions, I recently moved in and am very happy with the application process along with the apartment it self. When moving in the complex, the staff made sure everything was in Topsy condition. I`d like to mention that i have a one bed one bath and the size of the apartment is a pretty big in size with washer and dryer in the unit as well as a pretty big kitchen. The neighbors are always very friendly and seem to look out for one another, I am very satisfied with this complex and happy to call this place home.

Love my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment it’s perfect for me and My family the wood floor in the living room is great. The bedroom size are good . Very quite place everyone is very friendly you you actually know Who your neighbors are not like other apartments we lived in . Really recommend this apartment complex for anyone that’s looking to for someone to live that is a nice quiet and drama free and pet friendly.

Love this place. The Apartments are New and Clean. Maintenance fix things right away and office staff is Noce and helpful. I left Newyork city Moved here and will never move back to ny. Florida to stay. School is around the corner or bus picks up kid in front of complex. Pool area is Clean. Love it Janay P.

Since I’ve moved here I’ve never had a problem with anything! It’s extremely quiet the pools are always clean and whenever I need something fixed the staff are right on it fast! I have recommend this community to several people it’s amazing.

Apartment im currently resident. The staff that works here at the property were very professionals, Millie has been a great help she's awesome person supportive of help everybody in this property. Thanks Della Vita to open the doors like a family.

My husband and I are satisfied with our choice of Della Vita apartments as a place to call home. The family-oriented atmosphere has been a pleasant surprise. The maintenance team is friendly and proactive and take care of all maintenance issue in a timely manner. Additionally, we would like to acknowledge Ms. Millie for the way she has made our adjustment and acclimation seamless. We will not hesitate to recommend Della Vita Apartments to others.

WARNING!!! 50 cars got broken into out here last night. Not just broken in to. 1-2 WINDOWS BROKEN OUT OF ALL 50 of THE CARS. Police knocking on EVERYONES door at 5:00 a.m to notify us to come out to see damage and get report #. No security here whatsoever. Pull up with your babies to go inside and see drug activity. Then report it to only be told sorry call local police. Very unsafe here! Do not rent here. The crazy thing is this is 2nd time for the break ins and busted windows in 3 wks. Very devastating. STILL NO SECURITY OR CAMERAS.

Apartment was beyond dirty upon move in reoairs noted in walk through never fixed. Roof has been leaking for 5 months with 5 maintnance requests. Nothing has been fixed. Not enough parking. Trash piled everywhere. Do not clean apartments after move out creating roaches. Do not recommend.

I have lived here for approximately six months. There is little attention paid to the appearance of the buildings. The landscaping is nonexistent and now that the time is changed the lighting is so poor you cannot see at night. The latest fiasco is the vaulted ceiling in my living room. Two areas have started to peel away from the ceiling and pieces of the popcorn texture or falling into my living room. Management is very fusing to take care of temporary lodging while they repair the problem . The only good thing about this place is The 2 months free when I moved in. My lease is up in June and I cannot wait to find another place. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere

I have been here 4 years since the renovation started. I love the location, the floor flow in the appartment, the quieteness of my area and the little of trees surrounding the buildings. The staff is excellent and friendly. And the once in a while that something need to be repair( maybe three things in 4 yrs ) they always are promt on taking care. Love it and is a place I feel comfortable calling home..

I have been waiting a long time to move into a home of my own. I have a one bedroom apartment here. Pretty spacious for a one bedroom. My neighbors are very quiet. It's nice to have two pools for my choices. Staff is friendly and helpful. They are constantly updating apartments. Stainless steel appliances , nickel fixtures and title floors. Repairs can take awhile but they do get done. Family friendly area.
