Delaware Park Apartments

The building has plenty of the older charm while still being in excellent living condition. This apartment is in a great location, a 5min walk to a huge park, right by the 198 so it's easy to get downtown or to the airport, and restaurants and shops within walking distance. Your rent goes a long way with the majority of utilities provided including internet and cable. Quick and friendly maintenance staff, all my service requests have been fulfilled the next day. The staff also does and excellent job with snow removal and keeps a well maintained property in the summer. The apartment has plenty of storage space including a basement storage locker. The bedroom and living room are a good size. The kitchen and dining room areas are fairly small and there isn't much counter space. Also there isn't really any outdoor living space to speak of. Parking can get tight sometimes, but there seems to be the right number for all tenants, and guest parking can be found on nearby side streets that don't require permits. Kitchen appliances are modern and in good condition including a dishwasher and a good size sink. Good security with and outer door and multiple security cameras and a buzzer intercom to let in guests. Overall a very good apartment.

The Delaware park apartments are in an amazing neighborhood! Delaware park is with in walking distance and has an endless list of free outdoor activities. These apartments are close to great shops, cafes, and resturants. The apartments themselves are a little older, but they have charm. The floors are original wood floors. The bathroom has pretty black and white tiles and a brand new vanity. There is a window in every room so it is really well lit. They are spacious inside, except for the kitchen. The kitchen has a lot of cupboard space, new stainless steel appliances, but hardly any counter space. There are four closets in one bedroom units, so it has a lot of room for storage, plus an additional storage space in the basement. These apartments include water, heat, garbage, high speed internet and cabel TV. They do not have central air, so you we have to buy a window unit for the summer. Maintenance has been great. I have called with issues and someone is sent over the same day or the day after. The bedrooms are extreamly spacious, fits a king bed with room to spare. My only complaints are the small kitchen, old electric fixtures(you have to buy adapters), and the washers in the basements sometimes break down. Other than that I am content. The location makes up for the small kitchen.
