The GreatSchools Rating helps parents compare schools within a state based on a variety of school quality indicators and provides a helpful picture of how effectively each school serves all of its students. Ratings are on a scale of 1 (below average) to 10 (above average) and can include test scores, college readiness, academic progress, advanced courses, equity, discipline and attendance data. We also advise parents to visit schools, consider other information on school performance and programs, and consider family needs as part of the school selection process.

I don’t live here but I’ve literally called this office 5 times in the past week to try and set something up and NOBODY answers or even bothers to call back. Super unprofessional .
Management is awful. Have been through several in the years we've been here and this latest one is the worst. Property is not taken care of and parking is a big issue. Walls are very thin and can hear neighbors on both sides.
I love Delaware Crossing Apartments! They keep their apartments and grounds really clean. The community is close to shopping, DMACC and restaurants. Very quiet neighborhood!

This not a new complex but, it is well maintained. The staff is friendly, helpful, attentive, and responsive to your needs. Maintenance is quick to address your problems or concerns. Pets are welcome here. They even have a dog park for exercise. It is a quiet complex both between apartments and in the parking areas. I recommend Deleware Crossing apartments and townhomes.

We told them we wanted to end our lease months ago with no mention of signing a written agreement to end our lease. Now I find out they want to charge us an extra month's rent when we won't live there because they didn't get a written notice.

Had to beg to get something fixed in the apartment, never happend! Long story short managment and corporate will not be there to help you. Do not rent here. Dog crap everywhere and nothing is done about it. My floors where caving in and nothing was getting done. Had to call corporate to get anything done about it. They suggested we move to another apt. Asked for a free month rent for the trouble, they said no. So I made them cut me out of my lease early which they woildn't prorate so im stuck paying for another month. This may go to court. Save yourself the problem and rent somewhere else.
