I love my new apartment because it instantly feels like home. The space is bright, comfortable, and laid out in a way that perfectly fits my daily routine. I finally have the privacy and peace I’ve been looking for, along with a neighborhood that’s convenient and enjoyable to explore. Overall, it’s a place that makes me feel happier, more relaxed, and excited to start this new chapter.
Love it! So far it is quiet, clean and wonderful amenities! Also the location is very convenient, I can get to and from work easily. And the most important part; It’s close to my favorite playground Disneyworld ??

Living in Delamarre at Celebration is truly awesome. The neighborhood offers a perfect mix of luxury, comfort, and community charm. The streets are beautifully landscaped, with modern homes surrounded by peaceful greenery and walking trails that make every stroll relaxing. It’s a quiet, family-friendly area, yet close to Celebration’s vibrant downtown with its cozy cafés, restaurants, and local shops.
Noise was a constant, serious issue for months, forcing us to call police multiple times due to heavy machinery, screaming, cursing, and banging at all hours. Despite repeated reports, management took no meaningful action, and we ultimately had to move to another unit for relief. Communication was equally poor—calls and emails went unanswered, leaving us to wait in person at the office, where problems were still rarely resolved. Community areas were often messy and poorly supervised, with children running around late at night, far from the “resort-style” setting advertised. We also dealt with ongoing billing errors, last-minute administrative mistakes at move-out, and a broken front door lock that remained unfixed for nearly a year despite repeated requests.
I love living at Delamarre and this is my 3rd year but, lately it has downgraded both in supervision and residents respect for common areas.
Living in this community has been a truly positive experience. The condo is always well-maintained, and the management team is attentive, professional, and quick to respond whenever needed. The amenities are excellent, from the clean pool area to the well-equipped gym and beautifully landscaped common spaces. Safety and security are also a priority here, which makes me feel very comfortable living in this environment. The neighbors are friendly, creating a welcoming and respectful atmosphere. Parking is convenient, and everything is kept neat and organized. I also appreciate the location, which is close to shopping, dining, and major roads, making daily life much easier. Overall, this community provides not only comfort but also peace of mind, and I am very happy to be a resident here. I would definitely recommend it to others.

All good! I love living here. The events and the community are great! The only thing is the roaches but we live in Florida so kinda normal. All good.
From the application to move in to maintenance requests, everything was easy and everyone was so helpful! The amenities are top notch and I absolutely love living here!
Staff is always smiling and friendly. Events are fun and the maintenance workers are always busy and do a great job. A few things we do enjoy are the gym And the pool. We also love that you can make coffee down in the lobby. But mostly we love our location close to everything we need.
I've been a resident here since the very beginning, and my experience has been nothing short of amazing. I truly love the community, as it's peaceful. The wonderful staff, they've always been kind, professional, helpful and quick to assist whenever needed. The amenities, from the fitness center, as I'm a personal trainer, to the pool area, are always well maintained, clean, and in excellent condition. Any time I've submitted a work order, it's been handled within 24 hours. I would gladly recommend this community to my friends and family!
The community can be improved by simply caring about how it looks. Some residents often do not care about cleaning up after their pets or keeping common areas neat. The community has a lot of potential however, just needs a little effort in keeping it nice.
Isabella is a ROCKSTAR. She was pleasant, understanding, accommodating and extremely professional. Our apartment is great, as well. Parking isn’t fun… Unless you snag a good one. Other than that, great experience!
Everything is A . Super clean and organized. The move-in process was made very easy. I was able to complete everything in preparation online. The complex has great amenities and the apartment just feels like home.
It has been a pleasure to live here at delamarre at celebration because it is an amazing condo with great amenities, The staff are great as well.
The maintenance staff is great and that is the only aspect of this complex that is. There is no parking, other residents do not clean up after their animals and kids leave fast food trash and water bottles all over the common areas.

It has been a pleasure to live here at Delamarre At Celebration. I love the complex and everuthing that it has to provide to us. The staff are amazing!
It's crazy how they have let this complex become overran by teenagers.They do nothing to stop kids from breaking into the pool and common areas during the night. We are constantly awoken from people not respecting quiet hours and using the amenities late at night. The community has asked for someone to monitor the amenities over night and alas we have nothing. Everything is broken and we wonder why? No one cares to keep this place running as nicely as it could be.
Unfortunately the property is dirty compared to other complexes I have live in. Trash cans full over flowing. Trash on ground. Trash kept in hallways of my building. Pool dirty pool area dirty. Thus should be kept clean daily. Pool should be cleaned daily. Pool chairs not maintained. I know this all because of residents who don’t care. Kids should not be allowed to have bikes in pool area.
I've had a great experience living here since the very beginning- my building, 670 was one of the first to go up. The staff have always been wonderful, and the maintenance team is amazing-quick to respond and efficient with any work orders. It's impressively quite, especially considering how many units are in the complexes. Overall, I'm very satisfied with my time here. and have happily renewed my lease for another year. I've been a resident for several years and plan to stay.
I love the complex and its amenities but there are some questionable things. Because the owner of the complex is a larger group, they contract out for their work like maintenance and such and so that company for maintenance can sometimes get a bit confused on the community rules and the front office isn't really any help.. but you can do everything essential online without needing to talk to anyone or do anything with anybody. So the staffing is sort of a mute point there are also things missing in my apartment like a bedroom light but other than that, amazing area and place.
Staff is amazig and super friendly. I love the vibes and the events they have each month. I recommend Delamarre to everyone. The location is also amazing.
Overall, this is a good place to live. The amenities are excellent, it’s in a safe location, and close to great things. Although it’s a nice area, there are several areas of concern/complaint such as noise level late at night, community areas being trashed, and non-residents sneaking into amenities. Although this has been mentioned to staff by other people, there has been no solution which makes us residents feel like our concerns do not matter and it makes us feel like we’re paying a lot of money to live here with little in return (like the clean safe area we were guaranteed). The staff are very friendly, but I wish Kettler would do more to ensure a good living environment.
It’s a nice place to live and being near the parks is convenient. I just wish there was better internet service as the service provider always has issues and isn’t reliable.
Great potential but needs work. Location and aesthetic is wonderful, but can be soiled quickly by those who do not follow the community rules.

Very modern vibe, wonderful amenities, prime location! I think my favorite things about this property are the Pet Spa and Salt Water heated swimming pool. The community is not too big and there’s a sense of community here. I can’t complete this review without mentioning one of the staff here named Isabella, she was so patient with us, she was able to make this process a great experience! She is very knowledgeable and professional, we were very nervous about this move (we haven’t moved in almost 10 years) Isabella understood the assignment! She answered all of our questions, she didn’t rush us, she treated us like family. Let me also say that although I have yet to meet the maintenance staff, the grounds here are kept clean and maintained, and maintenance is very responsive. I recommend this property 10/10

The parking situation it’s absolutely awful. There is dog poop left everywhere by residents. There are kids who destroy common areas and leave their trash all over the place. The only saving grace is the maintenance team.
I have started to use all of the amenities at Delmarre and am loving them! I am happy with how they have been maintained. It isn't perfect, but that can't always be expected with a complex our size.
It would get five stars if there was a playground or an area for older kids to hang out. The only areas they have to play are the walkways between buildings or the clubhouse and it’s very disruptive, but I understand they have no other place to play.
In the few days I've been get it has been a good experience. Residents I have encountered so far are friendly and staff has been great. Looking forward to a great stay
As an original Delamarre at Celebration resident, I’m pleased to see significant improvements and progress in the community. With a new community manager, I know that she’ll take appropriate steps to make sure the projects are working for everyone. In terms of installing speed humos and 10 mph signs, fixing the parking lot lights adjacent to the mailboxes; including the city lights and stop sign. Hopefully, a security guard will be patrolling our community to enforce the parking permits and deter outsiders. Thank you for all you do!

The best place for living in Central Florida. Surrounded by a woods, it gives the chance of having a peaceful kind of life while stay connected to the nature.
More parking needed… I sometimes have to park all the way over on the other side of the property. More elevators were needed to when they built this building.
With the warmer weather coming, the amenities have been so nice to have and use! The outdoor kitchen spaces haven't been as well maintained as I would have hoped, but the pool is immaculate!!
Living at Delamarre is great. I have such great neighbors. I have met many residents which most are dog owners like me. I like the staff and maintenance staff.
We had a great tour with Alondra on Friday, we picked our floor plan and applied in the office that day. She said she would be back in the office on Tuesday but we would recieve a link prior so we can send in income documents and ect. We never got that so on Saturday we called in and a leasing agent said we were denied. This came as a shock to us because we were just approved at Evander right down the road. It took us all weekend, Monday and Tuesday trying to figure out the reasons behind it. When we contacted the screening company that works with Delamarre, they told us that they don’t make the decision and it’s the apartment itself. When I contact the apartment they won’t speak to me besides telling me that the screening place made the decision. Finally a leasing agent said they denied it on credit alone and because it was denied they won’t consider any other parts like income (which is 5x the rent) because of the number of our score. We have never been denied an apartment based off of credit alone where they refused to consider income and rental payment/history. We offered to provide 4x the rent to move in to offset the credit but we cannot talk to anyone but a regular leasing agent. Very disappointing to not be able to speak to someone about our application.
I love my apartment! And I love the Apartment Life Team, they have hosted several great events and it was an awesome way to connect with neighbors.
I have lived here a little over 2 months now, maint team is very responsive, but I struggle getting answers from the apartment front desk staff.

Over the past 3 years and 4 months that we have lived here, We have had the privilege of observing Karolaine’s exceptional work. She manages the community with intelligence, always attentive, efficient, and solution-oriented, demonstrating outstanding professionalism in every situation. Delamarre has been a true blessing for us. We love this community, and Delamarre has become our home sweet home, practically since we arrived in the U.S.A.
People right below us are smoking on their deck, I have spoken to them and our management staff, no results, still smoking. Other than that all good.
