Property Ratings at Del Mar Ridge
I give this a second star for location only. I've lived in this complex for almost three years. We moved here because of location and proximity to our daughters' school at a time during covid when there we hardly no vacancies anywhere. During our time here we've encountered the following: -Unbelievable noise with garbage trucks at 7am multiple days per week (over 75db ive measured) -Constant construction noise from endless remodellng -Construction workers roaming halls -No security cams at complex in garages, nor common areas yet they offer Airbnb of their units?? -One EV charger per building (it's 2025) -Fitness center with broken and poorly maintained equipment -Dog urine in elevators almost daily For what this company charges for rent there should be so much more responsible management and tangible value.
My family recently visited Del Mar Ridge apartments and was very pleased with the assistance we received from the community manager, Christie. She was patient, helpful, and articulate in explaining the leasing terms and conditions of the apartment. Most importantly, she would address your concerns that you may have regarding your application either via email or phone in a timely manner. On our self-guided tour, we found an apartment that was very beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The application process was quick and easy. My family and I highly recommend the Del Mar Ridge apartments.
