Don’t be fooled

As a former resident of this building, I advise anyone looking to rent here to not be fooled by the beautiful new lobby! Most of the units are 25 years old and very worn. There are virtually zero amenities in this building other than a coffee maker in the lobby and a few workout machines. The prices at this building do not warrant what they are offering based on other beautiful buildings all around the area. Once a resident moves in it is almost impossible to have management answer an email or a message left with the answering service. In addition, maintenance and cleaning has been slashed and all year long elevators and garage doors are broken with very little communication to the residences as to repairs. New owners and management have been in place for a year and a half and the major majority of current residences are very upset at the way they are being treated. And a very big final warning… your rent will increase dramatically every year!

Our goal is always to provide comfortable homes, responsive service, and a positive living environment for all residents. Regarding your comments about the apartment finishes, we understand your concerns. Unfortunately, we were not able to demo or renovate your specific unit while it was occupied. However, residents are always welcome to transfer into one of our newly renovated apartments if they wish. We’ve updated a substantial number of the units over the past year and continue to make upgrades throughout the community. Thanks for your patience with our dust! One of our greatest amenities is our in-town location. Our residents enjoy an active, walkable lifestyle with easy access to shops, grocery stores, restaurants, the train, library, and nearby parks. We are delighted that you enjoyed the updated lobby areas, hallways, coffee bar, and fitness room. Additionally, we offer conveniences such as underground parking, private terraces, and keyless building entrance that our residents truly appreciate. The feedback has been very positive. As for pricing, our rental rates are comparable to other properties in the area and reflect the combination of our desirable location, ongoing upgrades, and quality living experience. Don't Live Here...Not Luxurious At All

Since the new owners have bought this building everything has downhill! Do not be fooled into thinking that the building has a full time team of any sort, including property management, maintenance or cleaning staff. The building is always dirty and the management does not seem to care. Everything has been slashed except for the cost of living in this building. There are no amenities in this building except for a room with three workout machines. Emails never get answered and it is impossible to reach the management when they have very, very limited office hours. Luxury buildings in the area have staff 5-6 days a week and this building has staff 2-3 days week. And finally, the amount they are asking for rent for a building of this age with no amenities and very limited staff on premises is obscene.

once upon a time

Last year at this time, this was a beautifully run building. After May a new management came in, one who doesn't care about the residents, only about collecting rent. Upkeep went way downhill.

Great place.

I looked around. This is it. Elevator. Indoor parking walkable to train. Whole Foods. Starbucks. Bookstores. Restaurants. Parks and more. Only 3 floors. Solid building. Friendly responsive staff. For me. Perfect. Take look.
