Plenty of yard space with a park like setting, swing set, picnic areas and plenty of off street parking. Utilities are separate (except water & garbage). The local area supports one of the hottest Salmon fishing and hunting villages in northern New York. The village has many amenities just minutes away to include many restaurants, local stores, banks, and a variety of historic local attractions along the Salmon River, all conveniently off Highway I-81. Just a nice setting to come home to after the 40 hour work week grind.
